Lots of her stuff sold out here as well

It's located inside of the miracle mile next to planet Hollywood. Super convenient location!! We were looking for lip oil from rare beauty. It's sold out at most store. The sales associate helped us order it online and it was free delivery. Wonderful customer service here!

I had a 5pm, 60 min full face makeup appointment on a Wednesday afternoon. I got there 30 mins early; just in case I had anything to sign. I also wanted to buy a few things in the store. I was approached by the Floor Manager (I'm assuming); who told me that the makeup artist was working on someone, and that I would be next. As I shopped, the same lady came to confirm my name. Then she said that I wasn't listed and perhaps it was another store. I showed her my text confirmation , and 2 email confirmations with the correct store listed. She said that someone has a 5:30 appointment......I could either take a 30 min appointment and have either have only foundation done or only my eyes made up, and I would only be charged 30 mins. I was livid, but I didn't show it. I chose to have only my eyes done. I was ready to drop the whole thing and leave the items that I was going to purchase. I sat and waited, while boiling inside. I'm looking in my phone to find an Ulta or MAC store that could help me. The Manager came back to me 5 mins before my appointment and said that she refreshed her phone and found my appointment; so I could keep my 60 min full face appointment. I'm thinking about the fact that I had confirmation in all forms, and they were offering me half of my expectation. I felt sub-valued. The makeup artist was very sweet and helpful. The items used under my eyes made strips of makeup-lines under my eyes by the time I get to my hotel room (5 min walk). I fixed it. Anyway, I won't be back.

WHO in their right minds would think that this Sephora is a good one??!! It's small. The staff is rude. The inventory is low or out. And they have minimal brands. Very small amount of variety. You have to walk miles to get to it. Parking VERY far away

    Lots of make up

The Sephora mother ship here in Vegas. This was the first Sephora I went to and I can recall dipping into "Hope in a Jar" on my first visit to quence mt skin in the dry desert air. Since then I have added quite a few delightful items to my skin care and color collections. The Nars Orgasm blusher makes my skin glow! Nars lipstick polishes my lips. Dior, Urban Decay, YSL, are all there for the trying, and I got immediately obsessed with some delicious dark rose smoke glitter eye shadow, which upped my look to face Vegas night life. An inspirational store, and this one often has specials that are not featured at some of their other branches. Always worth a crusie when in Vegas.

    New Urban Decay line.

Love Sephora! This is a great store located right on The Strip inside the Miracle Mile Shops (Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino). After too much nightlife, dining, gambling, shows, and engaging in all that Sin City has to offer, strolling through the MMS is often a nice relaxing alternative...and a welcomed retreat from the heat. This LV locale is larger in scale than many others and the staff are all super attentive and helpful. From eyeliner to fragrance, and everything else in the world of beauty, Sephora has just about everything. They carry high pigmented makeup brands, and they revamped (and raised the prices a bit) a few years ago on their namesake line so their products stand up against many of the other options IMHO with a slightly less expensive price tag. Bottom-line: What gal really needs an excuse to shop for more makeup - as if the drawers and drawers we already have full aren't enough?! ;) Oh, I know...I forgot to pack dry shampoo...again. Happy shopping ladies and gents!

Located in the Planet Hollywood Mall, which is extremely small and cluttered. This location no longer carries The Art of Shaving products.

From the very beginning, she asked all the right questions to make sure the massage was personalized and exactly what we were looking for. She truly listened to feedback and adjusted throughout the session with incredible professionalism and care. Her technique during the entire 75-minute massage was exceptional. Every detail was handled with attention, skill, and genuine thoughtfulness. Beyond her talent, Bianca's respectful attitude and calming presence made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. Everyone I know will absolutely hear about Bianca, and I highly recommend requesting her specifically if you book a massage at the Sahra Spa. She is outstanding.

During check-in, the way she spoke to my husband and me felt sarcastic, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Instead of making us feel like valued guests, her attitude made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Customer service is an important part of any spa experience, and a warm, professional greeting sets the tone for the visit. Sadly, that was not our experience. While the spa itself may have positive qualities, the poor treatment we received at check-in left a lasting negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training so future guests are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

5 Stars - Exceptional Aesthetician and Injector!…read more I have had the privilege of meeting some of the best aestheticians and injectors from around the world, but none compare at Ageless by Reva. Living in Monaco and having spent over 11 years in Miami and 7 years in Las Vegas, I've experienced many aesthetic professionals throughout the US and Europe, and Reva is simply unparalleled in her expertise. For the past 20 years, I've trusted only her with my treatments. Whether it's injectables or other aesthetic procedures, Reva's precision, skill, and personalized approach make her stand out. Every visit to her office leaves me more than satisfied with stunning, natural-looking results. Her ability to enhance beauty while maintaining a subtle and sophisticated touch is truly remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the day I first walked into her office. Reva is not only amazing at what she does but also a kind and caring professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking the best in aesthetic treatments. She's truly a gem!

However, my appointment with Reva was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever had. When I politely explained my usual preferences for my lip injections, she immediately became defensive and condescending, raising her voice to insist that she was the professional and knew best. Her tone was aggressive and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. The injection process was even worse. Reva was rough and unkind, practically jabbing the needle into my lips with force and pinching them painfully. I've had my lips done many times before, and I've never experienced such a heavy-handed and hostile approach. I honestly felt as though she was taking her frustration out on me :-( I left the office in tears, and unfortunately, the results were just as bad as the experience--my lips healed uneven and lumpy. Later, I looked up more information about her practice online and found multiple shady reports.. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place. Lesson learned--I wish I had done more research beforehand.

The front lobby is a "no-frills" Asian spa (Chinese-operated, not Korean), but don't let the modest exterior fool you--it is surprisingly huge inside and can accommodate up to 20 people at once. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me immediately. Here are a few tips for your visit: The Setup: The rooms are separated by doors for privacy, but the individual sections are divided by curtains, so you can sometimes hear neighbors talking. The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. If you don't need a giant hot tub or a steam room and just want a focused, high-quality massage that actually works out the knots, this is the spot. I left feeling super relaxed!

I chose the 60-minute deep tissue full body massage, which cost $68 for one hour. That price is actually on the lower side for the Las Vegas area. However, I felt that the therapist's pressure was not strong enough and didn't quite achieve the results I was expecting. That being said, the overall environment and pricing were still very good. It's definitely a place worth coming back to in the future.
