I can't give this place any less than the max because this is my second home in Vegas. The time I've spent here can't compare to any other place I've been to (besides XS). Im no make-up connoisseur but this place excites me because theres so much to be discovered. It's well lit, organized, spaced out and inviting! This store is also filled with ready to help employees, without being overly bearing of course. I've experience this at other Sephora stores and it's one of my pet peeves. Since you can easily spend a lot of time in a make-up store, the last thing I need is someone hovering over me while I have fun. This one, however, you're always greeted with a hello, asked if you need help, and make their presence available when you're ready for it. Like others have said, parking is a+++! This Sephora is easily accessible and not such a journey to get to like the Planet Hollywood or Venetian location (although I think it's awesome that the Venetian has a whole section dedicated to Make Up Forever, as its one of my favorite brands!!!). This location has a good selection of products too. That's a plus because it makes it a convenient one stop shop. Don't like it? Changed your mind? No worries, just bring it back for a full refund with receipt or store credit w/o one. I love this policy because when it comes to any beauty product it's all trial and error. Having the option to bring it back really brings comfort when you end up dropping well over $200 for things you probably don't even need. This brings me back to how much I love this store!! I can never walk out without purchasing anything, even if its something I can do without. *Quick tip: Do take advantage of the beauty insider card. There's no charge and its quick and easy to sign up for. You get a ton of perks, especially once you become a V.I.B. Every time you make a purchase you collect points that you can use to redeem featured products. They have 100 and 500 pt. giveaways. This Sephora is the closest and most convenient for me to shop at. The location is easy to find and parking is fairly easy to find. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 bc I came here to shop for a new powder foundation and no one helped me or asked if I needed any help. I walked out without buying anything. I returned a few days later bc I was in the area again and my experience was 1000% times better. I was helped with color matching and the sales girl was super helpful and nice and I found what I needed. I walked out a very satisfied shopper. read more

I love Sephora for the range of products they offer, samples, awesome return policy, rewards program, and the opportunity to try before you buy. But whenever I come to this location I struggle to get any help from the sales associates. They're either too busy and understaffed, or preoccupied chatting with one another about some gossip, obviously too busy to help. The last two times I needed a new foundation, and when my sister needed assistance picking a new one as well, we have had to do our own color matches. It would be nice to get some input from a make up expert, especially when buying $45+ face paint, but we simply couldn't get some one to help, or even acknowledge us. Also they're frequently out of stock of MUFE HD Foundation in 118 and 120, and going to another location just for foundation is a pain in the butt. read more

I can't get their attention. Ever. Last visit they were so interested in dusting the shelves I couldn't get any help. When I asked, they pointed to another staff member who didn't want to be interrupted from her dusting and organizing. I finally left, walked around the block to Ulta (twice as big, half the staff) and was helped immediately. I told them about my experience and the girl I spoke with said she has experienced that problem (no service) quite a bit herself. I avoid Sephora. Many times they'll greet you at the door and then service falls flat once you're inside (unless you find the manager). Hey but it is clean and organized so they get a star for that! read more

I'm very thankful to have a Sephora so close to my condo. I mean, they are everywhere...but the ladies here are great!! I've received advice from their sales girls many times and they really know what they are talking about. Sephora is one place where I spend hundreds of dollars a year taking care of myself. I ran out of my fav perfume and now it's discontinued. They went out of their way to make me multiple samples of the last bottle in the store so I could go a little longer till my order from online came in. I love that they have this store in Town Square, it makes it a lot faster trip than going to Plant Hollywood. The girls that work there are helpful, but what i LOVE about this place is their return policy. If you do not like the product you can return it (fast & easy) no questions asked. Thankful that this Sephora is off the strip, but this is the worst service I've ever gotten in a Sephora. I'm used to the employees almost being too helpful, I was greeted once with just a 'Hello' as I walked in and then when I asked for help with foundation I was given the run down that I needed to wait a half hour for help, as the employee was strictly in the fragrance section. I've never had that happen before, maybe it's a new practice? If so, maybe the fragrance section should be cut back, because I'm not an expert but I would think fragrance is the least popular section. The employee also didn't offer a wait list or anything for foundation help, so I need to just ask again in 30 apparently. I'm going to MAC. read more

This location has some of the nicest employees in the company. They are always so helpful for questions, knowledgable and friendly. Never a concern to ask for samples for anything you want to try out for a more longer test run. Busy on the weekends- they even have extra tables for quick refreshes, but worth going to over the ones on The Strip. read more

I've always frequent this place since I used to work at townsquare and it's near my house as well but never gave them a review. I must say I have gotten mostly good service here and the sales ladies are pretty generous w/ samples that I'm curious to try. There were a few misses though; like that one time I was looking for a new foundation and this guy looked impatient that I wanted to color match...he had a bit of an attitude as if I inconvenienced him. I didn't know why he was that way because I'm a very polite customer since I used to do retail. Plus, they're always willing to put items on hold for me. Overall, I will always go to this location; it's clean and organized and they're never too pushy about selling which is one of my peeves. read more

I have been having a lot of trouble with my skin lately. Some days it is great, others it is a complete disaster. After finally deciding I need some sort of light foundation for those off days, I headed over to Sephora with a friend whom was also interested in picking something up. It was a Saturday and the store was super packed and all of the associates seemed to be busy. After roaming the selections for a while, I decided on trying the MUFE Face and Body Liquid Makeup. While scanning the store, I noticed an associate who was the same complexion as me and had that "dewy" natural look I was going for. My friend and I walked over to her and asked her for help-there was a bit of an attitude there but she was not overtly rude. I explained to her what I was looking for and told her I wouldn't mind trying a sample of the MUFE foundation while having high hopes that she would offer some suggestions/tips/hints that would help me out. Instead she picked two shades (one for me and the other for my friend) and said she will be back. Less than five minutes later we had our samples and she was in another part of the store. I cannot get completely upset because I got what I asked for, I guess I was hoping for a little more than the bare minimum customer service I received, especially when it came to color matching. I got home and the color was a good two shades darker than my skin tone. I have had way better experiences at Sephora with staff who were much more eager to help. I will just chalk this up to her having a bad day. read more

I've been to a few Sephora stores before but this one is one of my favorite. I work in Town Square so I have visited this store multiple times. When I walk in I am greeted, which is hard to find in a store these days. The employees here are very knowledgable about the products and very friendly. I am always offered help finding items while shopping. Check out is always easy and I'm always very satisfied when I leave here. I love when they offer the gift wrapping! Very disappointed in this store. I usually do my shopping at Ulta, but there was something I was looking for that was exclusive to Sephora, so I thought I'd stop by to check it out in person instead of online. Since I don't shop here, I didn't know my way around the store. As soon as I walked in I saw employees everywhere, but not one greeting from a single one. Three workers were standing right at the entrance, but not one even acknowledged me. I was put off by that, so I decided to search the store to find the item I came in for. As I made my way throughout the store I saw that I was the only customer at the time and I had passed more than five employees, yet nobody could help me. Finally, ON MY OWN, I found what I came in for and another item I would have liked to purchase, but only the sample was out. I tried to ask an employee if they had any in stock, but, of course, I couldn't get anyone's attention. No one could give me the time of day because they were too invested in their own conversations or dusting the shelves. I work in customer service and this was BY FAR the WORST service I have ever received. This experience just made sure I will never shop at this location ever again. These ladies had to be the rudest employees I have ever seen anywhere. read more

This is my favorite Sephora of all of the ones in Vegas. I was surprised to see the bad reviews but I understood why. Everyone that left a bad review hated that they weren't very attentive, I love that about this store. They let you browse, they will occasionally ask if you need help, if you don't they leave you alone. THANK YOU! for not being like the others where they follow you around like a lost puppy and then stand there with their arms behind their back and a creepy smile just staring at you waiting for you to ask them a question. Store is nice and convenient for me to get to because I live 10 minutes away. The only problem that I have is when I go in Caucasian associates that help me always have a problem with matching my skin complexion to the correct foundation color. They automatically assume because I'm African American give me the darkest color brown they have lol.. I think some associates should be retrained. read more

No matter what, it always comes down to customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this store. EVERY time I go in there, EVERY person I interact with delivers absolutely stellar service, and it's completely genuine. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Even if I move to the other side of town, this will always be my one stop beauty shop. Without their suggestions, I would have never found products that I am now totally in love with. I have always loved sephora. Love the atmosphere, love the products. They only get 3 stars from me because I either feel like the staff is very very helpful and pleasant sometimes, and at others (especially in the evenings) they seem as though they don't want to be there and seem to pay more attention to eachother, and less to their customers. I took the conturing class at Sephora in Town Square on March 13th and i must say not only did I learn a lot from the two instructors, but they kept the class interesting and informative the entire time. They were a little funny and made sure everyone's questions were answered without going into long details. I was a little hesitant at first when signing up for the class due to I thought products were going to be pushed on me to buy. Well, by my surprise I was pleased to say I sat during the entire class (2 Hours) without the instructors trying to push one thing on anyone of us to buy. They did exactly what they were they for, to teach how to properly contour the face and with different types of makeup lines. I loved the class and will definitely take more in the near future. The only down fall is when I went to purchase the product from the particular makeup line I wanted, they were out of the color palette I wanted to buy. This was very disappointing because I was very excited to use the palette of contouring colors on my clients the next day. I ended up going to Nostrums to buy the product I was looking for, but really wanted to make my purchase at Saphora because I took their class and they are the ones who spent time teaching me all the right technics read more

Today was my first time at Sephora and I had the most amazing experience! Walking in with a troubled heart due to my recent breakouts, I was quickly introduced to Vanessa, one of the skin experts. After sharing my story she comforted me by telling me she too has struggled with the same issues but that she found products that have allowed her skin to look beautiful and stay beautiful during times of stress. I was so grateful to hear I was not alone! She showed me her favorite products and gave me samples to take home. Not only was she lovely, beautiful and super helpful but she brought hope back into my life! It's been only hours since our paths crossed but I already feel like my skin is improving!
