When he purchased the perfume, he realized he was actually sold the smaller version and was not told by the salesperson, Linely, that he was not getting the bigger version of the perfume as advertised. When he tried to return the perfumes, he was told he can only get store credit but AGAIN, he was not told this policy at the time of purchase. Overall, he was very displeased with the treatment.
