It was quite the meal and I am sure I out-did myself with this meal. My friend ordered the chilliqueles platter and it was equally delicious by non-Mexican standards. The place was very busy and I noticed that we were not the only expats in the restaurant. Well this area is well-known for that. I understand it's a big party but there was 20 minutes between receiving the first entree and the last. Same for our drinks. I wish we would have been assigned 2-3 servers to manage our big party. Additionally, three of our appetizers never came and a few of our guests main entrees were also forgotten. I emailed the restaurant to confirm we weren't charged for the missing dishes and they won't respond. They were very responsive in advance of our reservation but after spending $2k+ they have vanished and will not return my emails. I know it's on us to check the receipt at the end, but it was a massive order and hard to decipher in the moment so quickest option was to just pay. The food was okay. I got the prime rib and it arrived cold and tough. The apps were all very good. I heard the chicken and rice plate and burger were great.

Service was excellent as we came for a very early dinner (seem as in Mexico locals usually eat dinner after 7pm) The plátano was cooked to perfection & the mole was excellent and complimented it very well. The chicken was delicious, juice and flavorful. The mashed potatoes did lack a little flavor but were still ok.
