I honestly have had no better restaurant that I've been to where everything was a 10 out of 10. The service, the server, the food, environment, and prices were exceptional. Let me begin with my server, his name was Orlando! He was phenomenal he shared with us his opinion on every dish and the way he described it definitely had you savoring the tastes before you could even order or even smell the aroma of your dish cooking in the back! The service was very efficient and quick. Orlando took all of our order without writing anything down ALL FIVE OF US from drinks to appetizers to entrees to desserts! The prices are accommodating for the menu, tastes and ambiance of the restaurant. Its a dream enough you're in Puerto Rico but the scenery of the restaurant makes you feel like you're in a movie. This restaurant is so beautiful! It gives me a modern/tropical vibe, which is perfect for the area it is located in. The waiters were super friendly and always paying attention to see if we needed anything. The food was also very good. I ordered the Tuna Carpaccio, which was very fresh. The only comment I have on that dish is that it has too much pepper. I also think they should drizzle the sauce from the salad over the tuna because it was really good. My friends got another appetizer with mozzarella and ham and it was so good! The cheese is amazing. For my main dish I got the Penne Arrabiata. It was very tasty and not as spicy as I thought, which was a good thing because I didn't want super spicy. For dessert we got a chocolate cake and ice cream. The cake was warm on the inside.....YUMMY! I recommend this place if you want to have a fun and relaxed night in Condado. I also heard they make good cocktails so next time I'll try those. Sera final you saved my night! After a disastrous evening at Casa Miramar came here for a glass of wine before heading to room,. The bartender, Frances was a treat. Ordered wine and a bruschetta.. The food arrived and she noticed I wasn't eating the bread. So, she asked if something was wrong . I told her I was trying to avoid carbs, esp late. The bread gets whisked away and a cup arrives with the fresh tomatoes ! Perfect! Thank you for saving the evening... Will def return to try more things. read more

Service was great! Our server was polite and prompt with our order. She even checked on us throughout our meal. We were in and out of the restaurant in under 30 minutes. My only complaint was that the host was a bit sassy when we said we did not have a reservation but wanted to sit outside. He ended up finding a table for us anyway even though he was not happy to do so. The food was good for Puerto Rico. Obvious Italian food is not their specialty, but we all tried different pastas that were tasty. The cocktails were delicious! Really delicious food and really great waitstaff. Our waiter, Jordan, was really attentive and friendly. I have a bunch of food allergies and he gave me advice and suggested the spaghetti squash entree which is vegan and gluten free. It was really good! The drinks here are delicious as well. Upscale pizza is surprisingly popular in Condado. We set out to eat at the higher rated Di Parma but managed to look at the menu and sit down here without realizing our mistake. The pizzas are similar in price and ingredients. Their patio is nice but lacks Di Parma's view. My only complaint is that our pizza took quite awhile, a theme of food service on the island. read more

I was torn with this place. The young outgoing staff did a great job and was extremely helpful. My tuna tare tare was really good but my pizza was not exiting but the drinks were really good. If you are staying in Condado, Serafina is good stop for dinner. I was staying at the Marriott so a quick stroll down Ashford for a stop at La Concha was a convenient choice. I actually enjoyed my meal at this location more than in NYC. I had a margarita pizza which had thin crust reminiscent of what you will find at any pizza place in Italy. My mom had spaghetti vongole which was good but overly salted. The highlight of the experience is the set up they have outside. Chic but comfy tables and booths under a yellow canopy. If I could give no stars I would, because the owner or the manager which ever man it was, was extremely rude to me, like actually to the point where I cried. Had no respect for me at all. I ordered the filet mignon burger, it was dry and honestly wasn't good, the fries that came with it also dry, not even ketchup could save them. I then ordered chocolate lava cake to go. Before I ordered anything I expressed to the waiter that I have a severe but allergy and then asked him what I would be ok to eat. He said the chocolate lava cake so I purchased it for a wild $11 dollars. I take it home, I have one bite of the also dry cake and immediately break into an allergy attack. For those not familiar with severe allergies; severe means death. I'm still here to tell the story because there weren't actual nuts in it, but the cake was made in a facility that makes things with nuts ergo cross contamination accrued. That was not expressed to me nor was it written on the menu. I call the restaurant asking for my money back and the manager at the time says yes. I went the next morning to collect this refund and the boss of the owner whatever he was told me I should've known better because chocolate is a nut. I immediately realized I wasn't dealing with someone with sense. Cacao is a seed that grows on a tree. It is not apart of the tree-nut family in the slightest. If it was when I get my allergy shots it would be listed as one of the pricks I'm getting. If it was, when you look up nuts on the amazing internet we have, it would be on the list of nuts, but it is not, because it is not a nut. He refused to give me a refund and basically told me I was dumb for ordering it and then when I got upset was like "well what do you want then? A drink, a voucher or something?" I'm sorry, but my ACTUAL LIFE and A DRINK or a Voucher to a terrible restaurant are not equivalent sir. I'm writing this to WARN anyone with TREE-NUT allergies to BEWARE of this place because you will die or have to go to the hospital and unless the owner is at the hospital with you or watches you die you will not get anything from him. Great new spot in Condado that in my experience gives you a very nice vibe with music, people, yummy drinks, great bar scene, TVs to catch some Sports Center or games, the perfect ambiance. We had drinks at the bar and ordered a pizza. We really enjoyed ourselves. The service was great also. It seems like they've worked out the kinks or have definitely improved. I recommend it!
