Such as the place being very nicely decorated and clean the bathroom was clean, nice, and brightly lighted, the outside was a very nice scenery such as the inside. As soon as I was seated the waiters were on point my only complaint was, once it got crowded, my waiter wasn't coming when I called her, took forever to get my drinks refillled so I can finish my meal, and was pretty much all over the place I gave her some mercy but she just stood around most of the time. Definitely not a place you would think of finding a near perfect Neapolitan Pizza. The waiter Edward recommend the pizza and I had the VIP Margarita. It come out with a bottom crust that was crisp on the outside and the edge crust had nice air pocketing. The Buffalo cheese and basil were fresh. The only thing that did not make it perfect is the edge crust was heavy. A little less water in the dough and it would have been perfecto. My friends and I tried this restaurant because of the great reviews it got on TikTok. Upon arrival, there was a decent amount of people there but not very crowded as we were seated within 10 minutes. We placed our orders for drinks and food within 10 minutes of being sat down since we came very hungry. From the time we placed our orders, it took about 45 minutes for two of the plates to come out and 1 hour for the last one to come. The service was incredibly slow and staff was also slow to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We barely saw our waiter and had to continuously flag them down to get their attention. When the food came out it was subpar, which was super frustrating considering how long we waited. I ordered the lasagna and I remember the waiter coming back to give us an update on it, since it was the last dish to come out, saying that they had to "unfreeze" it. Visited here for dinner while visiting Condado. Made a reservation, which I think was the right choice since there was a line at the door when we arrived and when we were leaving as well. I had the orecchiette which was very good, it comes with spicy sausage and red pepper flakes, and was, to me pretty mildly spicy but very good! My wife had the rigatoni bolognese which was also very good and had a lot of meaty sauce with it. We both got drinks a mojito and a strawberry ginger fizz mocktail and both came very quickly and were delicious. Service was interesting... it took awhile for a waiter to come to our table (though about 6-7 walked and/or congregated nearby while we waited) and once someone finally did they were giving absolutely nothing in terms of being welcoming, friendly etc. Waiters kept trying to clear our plates with food still on them while we were clearly still eating, and at one point a waiter put dirty dishes from someone else's table on our table to loudly stack a pile of dishes. The food is definitely overpriced and, based on what we had, was not that good. We ordered an arugula salad with parmesan, which came drenched in a heavy vinaigrette dressing with plasticky cheese that looked straight from the grocery store container - for a $20 salad I would expect better. Also ordered bolognese and a linguine with white wine sauce and clams - both were meh. The cocktails were fine (hard to mess up a mojito and aperol spritz) but the white wine I ordered was totally warm. Overall, it was not a good experience. Parts of it would maybe be fine at a lower price point, but when it's billed as a nice restaurant I would expect a certain level of food, service and ambiance to match what I'm paying. The meatball appetizer is ok but the one at tavola is WAY better. The spinach salad is nothing special the sauce is too sweet IMO. Going to the service, the first 2 times we went, they brought our apps after our main. The third time they forgot. And the fourth the finally brought it on time. They are a bit slow too. They didn't fill our water cups often. And I didn't know but sometimes they charge gratuity automatically so I tipped over 40% once without knowing. Which I know it's my fault but still sucks.
