That was a really unpleasant thing to say. It made her feel like she was being accused of doing something wrong, even though she was simply trying to exchange a tagged item for another size. Thankfully, a female manager came over and handled the exchange kindly and professionally, with no problem at all. I appreciate the manager's help, (that's the reason for 2 stars) but the way the sales associate treated my wife was embarrassing and disrespectful.
