I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Unfortunately, this experience left me with no confidence in their service.

She was thorough and took her time making sure to get every spot. I already booked my next appointment and I can't wait to come back! I've seen amazing results after the first session so I can't wait to see if any hair grows back now.

Because of their constant cancellations, I have been completely unable to maintain any treatment schedule, rendering my investment useless. I recently spoke with Yona, the new manager at the Tribeca location, hoping to finally get some resolution. After spending over an hour on the phone going through my entire experience with her, she scheduled a new appointment for me -- which she then canceled the day of. I have never experienced this level of unreliability from a service provider. The lack of accountability and the failure to make things right after repeated cancellations is unacceptable.
