Very disappointed. I get massages regularly, and this was easily one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. The 60 minute massage felt rushed and uneven, with certain areas worked on & others skipped entirely. It never felt cohesive or relaxing. The spa environment was also unacceptable. 2 men were talking loudly the entire time, louder than the spa music. I assumed it was coming from outside the spa & thus out of their control, but after the massage, I saw the men sitting in the spa's waiting room. NOT ONE employee had bothered to ask them to lower their voices. The final straw was checkout. I was asked a leave a tip, so I left a mere $5 tip due to the reasons stated above. I was immediately LAUGHED AT by my masseuse & told, "Normally it's 20% minimum." Tips are optional, and laughing at a client is wildly unprofessional. I left more stressed than when I arrived & wish I had gone elsewhere. I won't be back. read more

We enjoyed both a combination massage and a facial in the couples room. My boyfriend had an amazing facial with spa style (shoulders, face and head were massaged). He came out looking very refreshed and hydrated! My massage was wonderful knowing just where to add a little more pressure and hit all points including my very tight legs from running!! She used arm and elbow but not the points of them for great pressure and seemed to understand how to release tension with some accupressure! Overall amazing and will be going back! read more

Canceling our Massage Envy subscription right now! My boyfriend and I went in on Sunday morning for a 90 min couples massage and it was absolutely incredible! We booked our appointment with Vicky and she helped to recommend the best experience. We decided to add the hot stones, peppermint oil for me and cbd oil for him. The hot stones at $5 each are a must! The private room was quiet, cozy, and the massage beds were warm and super comfortable. I chose the Swedish massage with Cece, and she was amazing. She paid close attention to the knots in my neck and shoulders and checked in often to make sure the pressure was just right. The peppermint oil was nice and cooling but I think I will go for the lavender or orange scent next time since I couldn't smell it as much when I was facing down. My boyfriend goes for massages often at Massage Envy because of some tightness in his back. I was a bit nervous to take him someplace new but he loved it! He had the deep tissue massage with Tom and kept telling me how he's going to cancel his subscription since this place offers better service and value. Needless to say we are so excited for our next visit. read more

As someone who gets facials relatively often, my experience at Serenity has definitely been the best! I got recommended the signature facial, and Vicky took great care of me. She was very considerate about my sensitive, acne prone skin and took time to explain each product to me. I left feeling rejuvenated and my skin was glowing till the next day. From the moment you walk in it's very cozy, cute and clean! I truly appreciate Vicky being so kind and patient with me as i selected what massage would be best for me that day as I had been a little sore and stressed on my back. I have been getting massages here since before serenity spa was renovated. Since the renovation, this spa has been incredible, even more so than before. Vicky at the front as well as Anne and Eva with massages, couldn't ask for a better experience. All the staff is very well trained and provides high quality services. The rooms are very private, everything is very clean, and the beds are heated which is amazing and so comforting!
