First off, the tasting room is beautiful! Shawn helped make our experience truly memorable. He was such a ray of sunshine, helpful, and knowledgeable. We told him what we liked, and he paired us up with wines we loved. Between the delicious wines and great service, we decided to join their wine club. We can't wait to go back on our next trip. With so many wineries in such a small area, it can be difficult to pick which ones to go to, but I would highly recommend Serial. They have something for everyone, from whites to bold reds and everything in-between. read more

While we were walking by, Serial's stunning design caught our eye. As we timidly poked our heads in the door we were warmly welcomed by Jennie who immediately made us feel right at home. She was so sweet, genuine and fun, plus we learned so much about the wines and about Paso! She took the time to really get to know our tastes, and her local recommendations were top notch. Me and my two friends walked into Serial yesterday 4/6 for a wine tasting. Joseph was our wine server and he was absolutely fantastic. He was personable, kind, and so fun! We learned a ton about Serial's wines. Joseph was hands down the best at any wine tasting we have ever had. The wines are amazing as well. Late Review: Bought a bottle of their cab from a local grocery store in Paso in Early 2021 and opened it when I got home a few days later. Instant regret not because of the wine but because I didn't buy more! We finally made another trip in Dec of 2022 back to paso and decided to stop by. The tasting room is amazing just pure beauty, and the the staff is at another level. We ended up stopping by 3 nights in a row, we met I believe almost everyone that works there and let me tell you they were all rock stars and it didn't matter who was helping you the service level never changed. On day 4 right before leaving back to reality we stopped by to pick up some more bottles at this point I believe we were already close to a dozen bottles if not more purchased and with our hands tied (not really) we decided to join their wine club. Joseph sealed the deal and we're happy customers. That 2018 Cabernet is off the charts. We will be back in mid Feb to revisit all the famous wines. See y'all soon.. read more

Just went to Serial Wines in Paso Robles. Possibly the worst wine I've ever tasted. I've had 2 buck chuck that tasted better. Undeveloped flavors, highly acidic, and poorly aged alcohol. These guys need about 10-15 years to improve their game. read more

The service by very knowledgeable Christine was outstanding! We so enjoyed the wines that we decided to buy 10 bottles! The wines were really delicious, but in the end we were disappointed that after buying 10 bottles we only got one tasting fee waved!! Please consider to be more generous! We attended they're masquerade event and we were so surprised at how amazing the wine is! Come to find out they have been rated one of the top 10 best new wineries in the US! The building is awesome and has cool history. The Cab is amazing but so is the Grenache blanc. We want to make an annual visit just for this winery. Go see, you'll love it. read more

We found this place on a whim and felt like we'd found our people when we walked in! The beautiful decor, cozy seating and cozy but swanky vibe hit all points for us. Wow! This might be the most beautiful tasting room I've ever seen!! It is a space that makes you want to linger. No detail was missed in this modern space. The tables were even salvaged and repurposed from the Napa fires. A nice touch. We tasted with Christine, who is both fun and very knowledgeable. Her passion for wine comes through as she explains each wine, its characteristics, what AVA it came from, etc. We were fortunate to have her all to ourselves for the duration of the tasting and then it got busy. The wines are very good. I enjoyed everything we tasted. I am a Cab lover and they were delicious. The one that caught me by surprise with the Santa Margarita red blend. It is well-balanced and goes down way too easy! My husband & I don't usually drink white wine, but we both loved the Viognier and even bought a bottle. It's not too fruity, not too buttery, but a real Goldilocks wine. We had the best time and found out that the tasting room is open until Midnight Thursday through Saturday. You can enjoy a tasting, a bottle or a glass. Paso Robles needs a place like this for people to hang out when everything else is closed.
