My friends and I chose to celebrate Easter Sunday at The Squire this year, and had just ordered our dinner. Suddenly, I began to feel ill and tried to find a gracious way to leave. Before I knew it, the restaurant staff was at my side, calling 911 and first responders to the restaurant. I was so grateful for the caring assistance of the staff, in particular the manager, Faye Basile, who treated me as she would have treated a member of her family, during an awkward and frightening moment. When it was time for me to be taken to the hospital, I had relaxed enough to allow the paramedics to give me the treatment that I needed. I will continue to return to The Squire with gratitude, as much for their caring service as for their excellent food and dining atmosphere.

He treats us like regulars from day one--always greeting us with a smile and delivering truly top-tier service. He's a big part of what makes the whole experience feel so warm and welcoming. And the food? Never the same experience twice in the best way possible. The menu and specials are always evolving, always leveling up, and it keeps things exciting every time we come back. Not once have we been disappointed. Everyone can have an off night--but this place seems to have cracked the code on consistency and excellence. In search of more cod I lifted fries thinking maybe it was buried in the potato avalanche. Alas the cod I saw was all I got. But that's not all. The cod had the consistency of poorly cooked calamari.
