The appointment was for an evaporative cooler repair and a quote for a new AC unit as well us relocation of the current evaporative cooling system or installation of a new evaporative cooling system. They took the time to analyze and explain why my current ac/furnace unit was prone to chronic problems and gave a fair and comparatively less expensive estimate on replacing the system and described the value of the suggested new replacement. Excellent as always. Thanks to Gus and Roman are very knowledgeable and patient. They fixed our A/C a few times and it takes a lot of patience to cover patches. In a middle of winter our A/C started to misbehaving and stopped cooling while outdoor fan was still running. I called to Serrano A/C business and they showed up ASAP. They tried different ways trying to fix a problem and didn't charge me anything until they got really sure about their job. I was afraid that I'll need to install a new A/C and get into debt for that. Gus and Roman were so professional and worked for quality, and were able to diagnose and fix a problem, and saved us a lot of money. We are going to change our a/c next year and definitely I'll trust only to Serrano company. We are so grateful for Serrano's Heating and Cooling! We noticed our cooler not blowing cold air and our house temperature was climbing. I am 38 weeks pregnant and we have a 16 month old, so we needed someone out right away and fast. My husband called and they were able to come over within a few hours and could label our problem immediately. We needed a new motor and air filter which were priced fairly and installed in a timely manner. We were able to go to bed comfortably with our air conditioner fixed. My brother in law stopped by our house and was able to determine it was a bad condenser motor.
