Hes super detail oriented and will Make sure everything is done meticulously and correctly If anyone needs a new unit installed I highly recommend him over the Best Buy or Home Depot installers. He's honest, will troubleshoot problems and explain everything clearly so you know you're making the right move either repairing or getting a new unit. For the record the Best Buy installer tried to convince me that a dishwasher could not be hard wired and I'd need to install a plug for an additional $150 (a surprise added cost when the installer arrived after I had already paid for the installation). This was untrue, but they tried to squeeze the money at the last second. Don't waste your time with them, Robert is the real deal. An honest and hardworking business that I will gladly support over the big box stores.

Back To The Future…read more Years ago, in the 1950's, 1960's, if something broke, you had it fixed. Nothing was thrown away, it was repaired. And so it went. And as time passed we developed a throw-away society where things were tossed and, well, just replaced the old and outgrown. So let's go back, rewind the clock and do things the old way. I have three Miele vacuums and at one point all of them were not in good working order or any order for that matter. They were relegated to the back of several closets for lack of a reputable repair place and/or the impetus to get to one. Actually, the place where I got those vacuums did repairs and managed to return the vacuums in almost the same state of disrepair I left them in. As a matter of fact, said place kept my vacuum for A YEAR and it still didn't work properly after it was returned. All of this was solved when I read a review of Silver Vacuum and brought the first of the 3 machines over for a free estimate. To make a long story short, Silver Vacuum is THE place for your vacuum repairs and parts, sales and service. Amrit knows his stuff, is honest, personable, faster than lightening and does the job. If it can be fixed, it will be done. For a small repair investment on a great brand, I have the equivalent of 3 new machines. I am very satisfied.
