Drop off my car for the service and when I returned the woman in the shop told me that the programming went well, but the cutting of the key had some issues and that they could order a new key. Said that the gentleman that handles these services was out at a lockout and that he would be back in a few minutes, which he was. He gave me the transponder key to test the functions and it worked fine. He then tried the cut key and it did not work. This is where things became completely unacceptable. At first he wanted to give me the transponder key and a $40 discount without the cut key. I was already told that they would order a new key? I told him that I wanted him to order a new key to cut. He begrudgingly said he would and then asked me to pay the balance which was another $200+. I told him that I would feel more comfortable paying when the job was completed. He then said no, that I wouldn't come back. This was in a very unprofessional tone. Basically calling me a thief. Mind you I didn't expect to take the key with me. He then very rudely said, "forget it, I'll just refund your money" like it was some threat to me. At this point I wasn't going to deal with this anymore and said, "that's great. Refund the deposit". Well he clearly let his mouth overload his ass because he then realized that he had a key that was messed up and no one to sell it to. He tried to backtrack on his threat and I said no, I'll take the refund. At this point he started to make rude comments to me about how I was taking advantage of a small business, bla bla bla. Screwing him over bla bla bla. And I said to him, "I never ask for a refund, that came out of your mouth". In short, he f'ed up the key, let his mouth overload his ass. And screwed himself. Not a business you'll want to deal with. The sad part is that the woman in the shop was so pleasant.

Polo Locksmiths came to my location and replaced parts, cut new keys and programmed within time he promised. If you have European cars or any model cars definitely recommend Polo Locksmiths. ChatGPT said Volvo is one of most sensitive car regarding key so not many wants to touch them, and Polo Locksmiths is one who can handle with competence.

Polo Locksmith was the second to respond, in less than 5 minutes. The locksmith quoted the best offer for my situation, and said he could be here in 15-30 minutes. I agreed to the service. Arriving in less than 30 minutes, the locksmith was friendly & informed me about what would be needed. He was able to cut a good deal for me. The service took about an hour, as he was having some trouble with programming & what not, but the end result was all that counted. I was quite happy, didn't spend as much as I thought I would, and Polo Locksmith arrived within no time of utilizing Yelp Quote. I highly recommend Polo Locksmith. Offering 24 hour service, he turned a major inconvenience, to an already long day, to a bright ray of hope for someone needing a little positivity. Polo Locksmith has earned my future business, which I hopefully won't need, but just in case.
