During those three days we needed to be out of the house and get a hotel room to live in during those days and nights. and the job was done in under 2 full days. The company did not put an epoxy floor down, only painted the cement floor in the basement and claimed that was an epoxy paint. We did not know this was not right, until our walls were being repaired and the paint came us from the cement floor. When this was brought to their attention, they informed us that they would put an epoxy floor down and that they would not refund us or compensate us for any time either. They could do this without damaging the new walls/footboards, but after three more days of work (and us missing our own work and pay for those days), the epoxy was put down, but the walls/footboards were damaged. Again, after multiple calls to them, with their office manager/one of the owners not calling us back (multiple calls in over a week), when we did get a hold of them they refused to refund us any money for damages, time and pay missed for 3 more days of work we had to take off, and lied multiple times when telling us they would send someone out to see the damages made by their team/laborers and about being able to do the work without damaging new work done in the basement after their previous work/asbestos

Just be careful. The exhaust system itself seams to be installed and working just fine. The initial…read moresump pump that was installed ended up "failing" a few months after installation though and flooding out our finished basement ($5k in damages). We assumed it was just a bad pump which I would never blame on the installer. They were great with agreeing to come out and install a new one. We even paid them install a backup system shortly after so this would never happen again. A few months later we got a notification that the primary sump pump wasn't working AGAIN. Luckily we had the backup pump installed and we didn't have another flood. We decided to bring in a licensed plumber. He looked things over and told us that the sump wasn't installed as it should have been so we had an airlock in the main pump. Looking back at the second "failure" it was likely the same thing happened with the first pump that caused the flood. We have been in communication with them and asked for a reasonable refund on the installation of the second pump (we asked for nothing related all the damage caused by the first failure). They maintained that they did nothing wrong. We are still waiting on the refund. I know they install a ton of these systems, and it sounds like this isn't common (according to them). Maybe we just got unlucky with having two sump pumps fail in the matter of a couple months. And that the licensed pumper was incorrect with his assessment of how it should have been installed. Maybe. But I just wanted to mention to be careful with the sump pump installation if you decide to go with them.
