We were in such a bind. A pipe of ours exploded somewhere in our property we couldn't identify. Both my wife and I were out when we came back and the neighbors were telling us that there's water filled all in our driveway. We thought oh my God a water heater must've blown up. We got hit pretty severely from the recent rains. It was relentless inside our home. We found out the hard way that our roof was way worse than we thought... And soon it was raining inside our new home almost as much as outside. So we called our insurance company - They gave us the number to Service Master Fire & Water and our call was immediately taken.
