Look at it from MY shoes pal! Your boys f'ed up our cabinets and you are so disrespectful that you imply that WE did it. Screw your perspective! When you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide. You, Mr. Curi, do have something to hide. The dishwasher was installed crooked and his people cracked the frame of our counter. He told my wife "I drove all the way out here from central Phoenix." Nobody cares how far you drove. We are the customer. You run the business. That's what you're supposed to do. He told my wife his guys took pictures of the screws being back in. We demanded to see them. And did we get to see them? No. What's the matter Nasur? Never tried to BS a woman with a brain? I took the picture attached. This is the top left side of the dishwasher. Then he admitted the screw on the right side was loose but according to him, loose screws don't fall out and apparently dogs don't eat screws also according to him. Your boys showed up on a Friday and struggled to get it out and never assessed the damage under our wood floors. They told my wife they'd come back on Monday and put the dishwasher back on crooked. Did they show back up on Monday? Nope! Gee, I wonder why. Could it be because you damaged our cabinets putting the dishwasher back in and didn't want to deal with it? I have $100 that says the pics Nasur took while he stood in our kitchen and insulted us in our own home will have the time stamp changed to cover his ass. This guy is a crook. I don't care how many years of experience you have. If you accuse a customer of basically fraud, you need to work on your people skills. I'm definitely telling every person I know about this garbage service we received. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of in Central Phoenix and accuse someone else in their own home. Absolutely disgusting. Also reporting to the BBB.

BEWARE! I used Special Ops/Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great…read moreexperience, which is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, they claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for Special Ops/Perfectionist Cleaning-- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The front desk was nice and helpful, quoted me for 500-600$ for two hours with 4 ppl which I was fine with me considering that the other cleaning company I was previously using sent out 4 ppl and could deep clean the traditional areas for $150 in 1.5hours but Special OPs would get the walls top to bottom which is what I really wanted! I mean you all saw that video! I have a small home about 1500sqft, one story, and the house was completely empty (zero furniture). Long story short I get the bill and it was for $800 not including the grout cleaning I had requested. I spoke with a manager and they were supposed to get back to me about what they could do... that was about 3 business days ago. I think they did a good job but I wasn't contacted to inform me that the price was going to be more. Plus my house is tiny and 4 hours with 4 ppl doesn't seem right... Oh! I did add window cleaning but I only have 8 windows. Idk. ‍ like I said they did a really good job but I know 4 hours for 4 ppl to clean my house is too much time.

(I was getting grout sealed in my new-build home and I want someone who can come do touch ups on home grout sealing. They have a minimum for each project, which is very fair, and it didn't suit my particular needs.)

The first call came seconds after I submitted my search, and it was All Dry Services Valley Of The Sun. This was a late evening on a Wednesday, and we never expected a call that soon. My wife had suspected mold because our house seemed musky and we were always sick, with our young son's asthma, it was harder for him.  The technician we got was Mr. SCOTT COOPER and he came out right away. He found the area that did in fact have hidden/hard to find mold. He was so thorough with his inspection and went through every room in the house. He checked the bathrooms, tubs, sinks and window stills for any water damage. We couldn't believe he noticed signs where the mold was. He pulled off the toe kick and showed us black mold, worse than we had expected. It was under the wood base directly under the kitchen sink but on the underside not visible to us. Very quickly, he had setup a quarantined area to secure and prevent the spreading and further exposure. He demoed the area and removed all of it off the premises. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire area. SCOTT COOPER had humidifiers, fans, and lots of safety equipment to ensure it would be gone and no longer a health concern.  Besides the hard work he did, SCOTT COOPER, showed sincere compassion and care for our family. He is a family man himself and is so genuine, kind and warm-hearted. He is the type of guy every person hopes to get when they need service. He won't take advantage of you with misleading and unnecessary high costs, is honest and fair. It was definitely a privilege working with SCOTT COOPER. Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. While at the house he was apparently not entirely happy with the (wide) width of the grout joint, so he insisted, in addition to a clean-up of the travertine, on doing a TOTAL DO-OVER of the whole job.
