Seuss Landing is one of my favorite areas at Universals Islands of Adventure. There are a lot of activities like rides, shops, and dining locations at Seuss Landing. Rides: The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride: This is a slow-moving trolley ride. There are two different tracks for the ride. You'll get to see the entire theme park of Seuss Landing and other areas of Universal Islands of Adventure! The Cat in the Hat: This is one of my favorite rides at Universals Island of Adventure. You'll go through an adventure based on the book for the Cat in the Hat! It's a slow ride, but the animatronics are amazing! It was so much fun! One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish: This is a slow ride that allows you to maneuver up and down in a flying fish! Sometimes, you may get squirt with water based on the musical rhythm during the ride! Caro-Seuss-El: This is a Carousel ride with all of the Dr. Seuss Characters. Activities: If I Ran the Zoo: It's a interactive play area. There are tunnels you can slide down and even explore caves! Dining Options: Green Eggs and Ham Café Circus McGurkus Café Moose Juice, Goose Juice Hop on Pop Ice Cream Shop Shopping: All the Books You Can Read Cats, Hats, and Things Mulberry Street Store Snookers & Snookers Sweet Candy Cookers My mom and I did buy some Dr.Seuss merchandise at the Mulberry Street Store as well as the Cats, Hats, and Things! My favorite part of Seuss Landing is over the Holidays. The whole area is typically decorated for the Holidays, Grinch themed! There is even a Grinchmas show in the area as well! You'll enter Seuss Landing as soon as you enter Universal's Islands of Adventure, and you take a right! You can't miss it!

Oh the places you will go ! Seuss landing is a storybook wonder land that definitely brings out the kid in you . All Dr Seuss characters are used around this amazing land of fun and sweet treats for the kids. Beautiful pastels and the classic red and white , when you walk down and enjoy all the rides and adventures, you will recite ! My little and I enjoyed almost 4 hours of play , shopping and eating and getting splashed !

This area was themed very well and I can see being a hit for those of all ages; though I wish there was a thrill ride attraction selfishly. Though I didn't get my coaster fix, I did enjoy the attractions and shops in this area. Always nice to see Grinch things as many joke I'm a grinch. Haha

Seuss Landing is a fun land at Universal Islands of Adventure. With vibrant color, lots of family friendly rides, multiple food locations and seasonal shows, this is a fan-favorite spot to visit at the park. During Grinchmas (their Christmas seasonal offering) the entertainment is super fun with Who's walking around and a Grinch meet & greet.

for those of who grew up knowing and reading these timeless classics, Seuss Landing is as close as you could possibly get to actually being part of the story. Varying rides for the smaller ones in your family abound and you'll find yourself getting caught in your own trip down memory lane. The area is exactly the way your mind remembers it and it is so gratifying to relive the moments from so long ago and let your child feel them as you did. Nothing in this area of the park leaves anything to be desired and is a further testament of how well Universal immerses its customer into another world. Extremely well done!

Legions of kids and adults (like myself) love the Dr. Seuss books, and Seuss Landing does a fabulous job bringing characters and wacky ambiance to life. For families visiting the Islands of Adventure theme park, Seuss Landing is ground zero for little kids. Seuss Landing gives the youngest kids their own delightful 10-acre zone but because we didn't have any kids with us we really only came to Suess Landing for the Green Eggs & Ham tater tots and the bookstore. While I'm an adult I was thankful I wasn't standing out like a sore thumb because I wasn't the only adult without a kid exploring the area. If you love Dr. Suess, adult or child, Suess Landing is a great place to stop.

As a father of Thing 1 and Thing 2, Seuss Landing was a fun spot for the kiddos. It felt like I was walking through the storybooks I have read a hundred of times. Lots of good kiddo rides to keep the kid entertained. Ride lines were busy in the afternoon. This is located in Island of Adventure, not Universal.

As you enter Islands of Adventure and Seuss Landing... prepare to be swept away into the Cat in the Hat Lorax Red Fish Blue Fish Seuss fantasy land! It really does feel like an entirely different world In Seuss Landing, even from the other parts of the park. They really did so well in creating this section. I can't even imagine how it feels for a kiddo here, because as a young adult it fills me with an indescribable joy. All the colors and little quotes from the books spread out across the park, it all is just so whimsical and fun. There are a couple rides here that are very kiddy but can still be fun: Cat in the Hat, Seuss Train, the Seuss Carousel and I might be missing on other. The good thing too is those rides usually have a very short wait. This is just such a fun little section of park! It's also a faster shortcut when you're trying to go between the entrance and HP world!

Seuss Landing is a little cheesy, but still adorable. The rides aren't nearly as awesome as the rest of the park, but there are quite a few good photo spots. This section is more for kids than the entire rest of the park.

We went here for the 1st time visiting family on 2/9/18 and enjoyed our experience, growing up on reading Dr. Suess books, having green eggs and ham on Dr. Suess Day at school, who remembers that? Not to mention my favorite Christmas movie is How The Grinch Stole Christmas with Jim Carrey and the cartoon original film is a classic as well! Now as an adult I enjoy reading the stories to my daughter who loves the books, so it's was really special taking her here to experience the park! Our daughter loved the Caro-Suess-El ride, she had a big smile on her face and was waving at everyone she saw passing by, so cute! We went in one of the shops and they had children's Thing 1 and Thing 2 shirts, how cute that would be on twins! They also had little doors small enough for kids to enter the shop, love that! We can't wait to come back next time to see more of the park! I would recommend coming here, especially if you have small children, they will love it!

A whimsical getaway for any fan of Suess! This area is within the Island of Adventure park and brings to life many of Seuss's more popular stories. From Hop on Pop to The Lorax, you'll find several rides and places to eat. The carousel ride may seem silly, but honestly it's a personal fave. The very epitome of becoming a kid again with the melding of Seuss and a carousel carnival ride. Most of the rides have short waits. The shops are less busy here than other areas of the park so if you need something generic (bottled water, sun block, chapstick) this is the place to go. This is also one of only a handful of places where you can meet and greet with characters. Cat in the Hat is usually out. The Lorax can sometimes be found and the Grinch as well. Overall: A A well done themed area at IOA

One of my favorite places to visit! I love how everyone is dressed accordingly and the characters are such a hoot. Aside from the grinch, my favorite place to visit is the Honk Honkers store for cotton candy. They. Are. HUGE. A dream come true as a cotton candy lover though I must say, the wait can be extremely long. With three people in front of me and one machine broken, it was at least - 30-50 minute wait to walk out with my cotton candy. Doesn't taste the same as on a cone, but still enjoyed!

We first started doing this in magical midway, but when that felt too rickety and unsafe, we started looking for other parks, and that's when we found fun spot! I had heard from locals that it's a great local option over the big theme parks. Fun Spot was pretty great, for what it was. Free parking, free admission if you don't plan on riding rides, also a discounted adult pass if you only are going on rides with your kid who is too young to ride alone. The whole place was small, maybe the area of a handful of city blocks. And on the Sunday afternoon when we went, the place was quiet enough that we never waited more than a few minutes to get onto a ride. As we were only there for a couple hours, the cashier recommended the 4 ride pass for my kids, and the companion pass for me. But if one were to spend more hours there, buying the day pass online for $59.95 is quite a bargain. Not all rides were open, but the "big" rides that most kids want (the roller coasters and the go carts) were open. My daughter, who is not a big roller coaster fan, had a harder time finding kiddie rides that she actually wanted to go on, and she watched the go carts and didn't even want to try those with me driving. However, the place was small enough that I felt fine leaving my 10 year old son to go on rides by himself while I went on the Ferris wheel or the merry go round with my 8 year old. There are a bunch of food options available throughout the park. They were definitely more affordable than Disney prices! Most of the places offered souvenir cups with discounted refills, but there were also water stations set up throughout with free cups. I'd definitely come back if I had a few hours to burn and the kids didn't want to go swimming. Hopefully at some point, my daughter will change her mind about roller coasters, though!

We had a beautiful day to visit and smiled throughout the day. Some of our best moments were walking through the various city streets and seeing musical performances and dancing. The locker areas for cramped, but I appreciated how many of the wait queues were indoors, keeping us cooler and away from the rain. The Harry Potter sections were amazing, just amazing. I couldn't have imagined how it would have felt being in the middle of the space. Restaurants, both sit down and quick service, were scattered throughout the park. They have a convenient parking garage where the first three floors are paid parking, while the fourth floor and above are free. That was a nice bonus and made getting there easy. I was actually on my way to a restaurant, so exploring the park wasn't part of the plan. But once I walked inside, I couldn't help but look around. There were restaurants, food vendors, candy shops, drink stands, and so much more. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and full of energy. It looked like the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone just looking to spend a few hours enjoying themselves. This is a short review because I didn't get the chance to experience everything Icon Park has to offer. However, based on my first impression alone, I can definitely say I'll be back. It was filled with excitement for both children and adults, and I'm looking forward to exploring it even more on my next visit.

All three of these together took up about two hours and then we were able to go to Cafe tu tu tango to get a bite to eat. This was a great half day experience while we were visiting Orlando. There was a parking garage and parking was super easy. By that time we left around 8:30 PM there were so many cars, but when we first got there at about 5 PM there were tons of spots. They do have parking spots you can pay for in the lower levels so it seems like if you're willing to pay there will always be parking. If you want free parking, you need to go earlier because this seems to be popular for nightlife. I always appreciate when there's so many attractions together that you can walk to. This place has quite a few restaurants, some shops and the attractions all in a contained area. It was very clean and when we came, there was a huge police presence, because apparently a couple weeks before there was hundreds of teenagers that descended to the area and fought. So the place was doing a really good job making sure that everything was safe. This is a place for both families and non-families alike.

I walked through the warp pipe entrance and into the land, and that was a genuine moment. The colors, sounds, and scale of everything around me hit immediately in a way that was hard to prepare for even though I knew what to expect. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the music threading through the entire area kept the immersion intact as I moved from one section to the next. Donkey Kong Mine Cart Madness is the ride to prioritize and the one that generates the most excitement in the land. I arrived at park open and went straight here, which was the right strategy as the wait times built quickly. Mario Kart is the other major attraction and delivers on the concept, with the Power Up Band integration adding a competitive layer that makes it more than just a passive ride experience. The Power Up Band is worth purchasing before entering the park if I want the full experience. It unlocks interactive elements and mini games scattered throughout the land that let me collect coins, hit question blocks, and track my score on the app. Without it I could still enjoy the rides and the theming, but a meaningful portion of what makes the land special is tied to having one. At around fifty dollars it is an added cost on top of an already expensive day, but for a Nintendo fan it justifies itself quickly. Weekday visits made a noticeable difference in wait times and gave me more room to engage with the interactive elements without feeling rushed. The land rewards people who slow down and explore rather than just moving through it as efficiently as possible, and there is enough packed into the space that I could spend a solid chunk of the day here without feeling like I had exhausted it.
