I really love this place. I was really nervous at first since I've never had laser hair removal before. Let alone a random stranger working in my Brazilian area. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The process was so quick. You do a quick check in at the front and once the RN is read to see you she calls you in. She first tested on my area and adjusted the power on the machine accordingly. Don't be scared about the pain because they blast cold air as the laser is zapping that hair and basically masks the heat from the laser. I got a Groupon for two medium sized areas and I am on my 4th out of 6 appointments, and I am extremely happy with the results! After the first few sessions, I did not really see any real results -- the hair came back very quickly -- however, now that I have been going for a while, I am really starting to see results. My hair is much thinner and grows back much slower. It will take some time for your body hair to change though, and everybody is different, so I would suggest being patient with your results! Appointments are very quick and easy. I'm usually in and out of there in around 20 minutes. The nurses are extremely kind and friendly! They always make sure I am comfortable and always answer all of my questions. I have never had a bad encounter.. they will always be kind in return if you treat them with respect! (I do wish they offered more than one Groupon per customer though.) read more

Ok so I'm not one to review.. but for Sev laser I'm definitely letting everyone know my experience here. So starting off when u walk in the place your greeted by the receptionist who is sweet and helpful with any questions you may have. Her name is Pricsilla. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated has nice smell when u walk in. FYI you def want to show up at least 15 min b4 ur first scheduled appt as you will be asked to fill out a buttload of paper work on an IPAD. That was my least favorite thing about the whole process. Once that's done, your nurse will call you back and your ready to laser away.. my nurse was Suzanne . She was very kind and welcoming made me feel so comfortable, talked to me about the type of laser she will be using for my procedure. She's very professional and she loves her job you can tell. She got all the hard to reach places we normally tend to miss when we shave. She got all up in there if u know what I mean. And I was glad she did.. if your looking for a place to get your laser hair removal this place is the place you need to go to. I was very impressed and 100 % satisfied with my first visit. I got a great deal on Groupon.. they are always having deals for sev. Which is awesome because my procedure was priced at $540 I got my deal for $206.. !! I hope this helps someone out. It has now become impossible to get an appointment within the recommended 4-6 week time frame. My results were initially fantastic during my first 3 treatments because I was able to get in within 4-5 weeks. However since I have been unable to get reasonable appointments for my past treatment, I have noticed that my hairs are growing back more than before. The technician keeps telling me that I really need come back within 4-6 weeks in order to get good results. When I told her that this is an impossible thing she is asking because they book out so far, she just said "I know, I'm very sorry." Well, thanks for nothing. Had I known it would come to this, I would not have committed to a 6-month process that will not give me the results I desire. read more

Great option for Laser Hair Removal!!!! Only 4 stars because the check in/ front desk girl Bianca is extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition to that her and the other girl at the front desk were gossiping about other clients while I was sitting waiting for my appointment. So unprofessional! Very happy with the nurses and other staff! It is very clean and they maintain all the social distancing. I will keep coming back to Sev because the laser is doing it's job! I purchased a Groupon and I'm SO glad I did. I've read some reviews of people whom have had a bad experience or that felt judged for having used a Groupon but I never felt that. I've always received great costumer service from the receptionist and from the nurse treating me. I always book ahead and book multiple apt because my schedule is limited and I've never had an issue with them being able to fit me in.
