Made an appointment and I went in 5 minutes early, ended up waiting 40 minutes. Once I got called back, the girl said I needed to go to the front desk to do a facetime call with their NP. I asked why they didn't tell me before or why they even scheduled me for an appointment if I needed this first (I was also there 3 months ago...so why did I need a facetime call if nothing had changed?). Anyway, the front desk girl says there's no way they could see me today and they're closing for weeks because of the pandemic. I asked why she didn't tell me this while I waited for 40 minutes wasting my time and gas to drive down there. So unorganized, they weren't even doing correct protocol for the pandemic for people that were coming in (I.e. not asking about recent travel/ill contact/fever etc). Not coming back here. Recommend 7Q spa in glendale or New look which has cheaper prices anyways!! read more

While this is the only laser place I have been to, I wouldn't ever go to another. Their professionalism, prices, and hospitality can't be matched. The nurses are always nice and comforting when they're doing the procedure and make sure you're comfortable with the intensity of the laser, something that I am sure everyone appreciates. The ONLY downfall is how hard it is to get an appointment, so I recommend calling the day of and asking if there's cancellations. Other than that, this place is the best. I have seen awesome results in 3-4 sessions and I couldn't be happier. read more

The times that I have gone (I'm on my 5th treatment), everything has been pretty quick, which is great for me. I don't like small talk. The longest I've had to wait in the waiting area is about 15 minutes. The nurses are very friendly and answered all my questions. It's a hit & miss with the receptionists. read more

Super quick & the girl who performed my session was sooooooo sweet and knowledgeable ! Very happy & cant wait for my next session. Also, I'm a Groupon customer & they did NOT treat me any different ! I've been lasering for many years in Glendale, and my results have been amazing.They take their time and get all the spots.However, a friend recommended me to come here, so I booked an appt and came. I did lip and chin and a full Brazilian. Tell me why I was done in less than a few minutes. I looked in the mirror and my lip was still hairy, I know for a fact she didn't get all the spots during my Brazilian. After I tried to explain to her about the hair she was no help giving me attitude. I am so in shock that this was a nurse. How can a full Brazilian be done in 1 minute, I am so disappointed!! 70$ I will never get back! I will NEVER be back here and I already recommended 4 of my friends who come here back to my Glendale place. The lack of care these nurses have is so sad, we are spending a lot of money here and we want the right service. read more

So glad that I found Sev Laser. I have been thinking about doing laser hair removal for a while now and had heard good things about Sev through social media. It is the cutest location and the staff is so personable and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The laser that they use has a fan on it to counteract what feels like rubber band stings which is a huge plus. Don't waste your money! These treatments do not work! I went for a total of 7 sessions last year (one more than is even supposedly needed) and less than 8 months after finishing my treatments my stubble still grows in one day after shaving. Originally I saw progress because my hair would grow back much slower and thinner. So even though I wasn't completely bald like I expected, I was content because I could at least go a week without shaving. But now I feel like it is growing at the same rate as before I dropped hundreds of dollars on treatments. Such a waste of money. The staff here is friendly, but they rush through appointments like every day is a race, which leads me to believe they are not as thorough as they should be. And you aren't able to book with a specificic technician which is annoying. It's also very difficult to get an appointment, you have to book 6-8 weeks in advance, so if you end up needing to cancel for any reason you are screwed. Save your money and either try somewhere else, or opt out of laser hair removal at all. All these positive reviews are from people who are only halfway through their treatment, just wait 6 months and you will all be severely disappointed. read more

I have had laser hair removal done before back in another state for my upper lip and when I'd get it done there the hair instantly would be gone- I'd leave that place hair free. Yesterday was my first time here at SEV, I got 3 different areas done and paid full price out of pocket for all areas completed. Since I've had laser before I believed I'd be hairless in my areas worked on... she did mention to me that my hair would fall off while she was using the laser on me so I assumed she meant that perhaps there's patches of hair that are burnt but didn't fall off and that it would soon there after fall off when putting on my clothes or cleaning the areas or something. Well, when I arrived home which is over a 40 minute drive- I look at my areas treated and I am shocked to find out I have all my hairs still in tact. As if I haven't had a procedure done. I then said to myself well... I shall wait to see if maybe this laser works differently and perhaps overnight it will fall off. I wake up this morning and I am still hairy. I paid for a procedure to make me hairless... why do I still have all my hairs on my body? I'm disappointed, feel ripped off, and perhaps it's because the laser machine is set at super low levels or something I don't know but I'm upset because I am still hairy. This isn't right. read more

i purchased a laser 6 session package from groupon when it came to my last session they were unable to complete because of my medication i started taking. the girl at the front desk rudely explained they couldn't do anything about my paid for session. she said for me to contact groupon to see but they most likely wouldn't do anything...negative energy. Groupon refunded my last session and released payment to Sev. Sev contacted me for my address to mail the check. Never received the check they said it was returned for an "undeliverable address" mind u this is my main address i receive my mail at. Gave them a second address to send to. never received the check til this day and its been months. The check wasnt for much so it is what it is but its the principle...bad for business. ALSO i did 5 sessions and still have hair...i did 3 sessions at a different company and had no hair so honestly not worth it. read more
