My husband and good friends ate at the new Seven Brothers in St George for the first time yesterday. The Shem burger with avocado and bacon was huge and delicious and the Home fries are to die for! The dining room is super clean and large tables with benches can seat at least six. We were greeted by Callie, and she was super nice. Even though we ordered at the counter and Callie delivered our food to our table, she came by later to ask if we needed anything! Wow! When does that happen anymore! Great customer service. My friend took me here because I love Hawaiian food. First off, I would not say this is Hawaiian, it's just a burger joint. Throwing a pineapple and teriyaki on something does not make it Hawaiian. I had the Avocado Burger which was good, but nothing special. The meat was cooked well and everything tasted like a good solid burger. I also tried a few of the sauces, the only one I enjoyed was the "spicy", but don't be afraid I would say it was spicy level 2 or 3 out of 10. The other sauces were sickeningly sweet and I, personally, do not like sweet sweet sauces. Their version of fries were fine, but had very little salt and no seasoning, you have to use a dip sauce to give them flavor. I am not a huge fan of sauces, so for me, big disappointment. The biggest disappointment was the banana bread. It had ZERO banana flavor and it was dry dry dry. It tastes like a very bland bran muffin with coconut on it, I would definitely skip that. I do want to say the staff was so so nice and worked so hard to provide great customer service and keep an extremely busy restaurant very clean. read more
