April 28, 2026 our Plant Based Group on Cape Cod enjoyed a fabulous brunch at Seven Days. Paula and her welcoming team created a lovely atmosphere for 19 plant based foodies. Each item on their vegan menu was beautifully plated and served. Their food is scrumptious! And their dining room set-up for our group was warm and welcoming. This has been our 2nd event at Seven Days, and there will be more! We are so grateful to have such a lovely, welcoming establishment in the heart of Main Street, Dennis. All their food, both regular and plant based, has been delicious, and with warmer weather coming, we can enjoy their nice outdoor setting. Love their salads and vegan pizza, too. read more

This is a quaint place with a very friendly staff. We had both breakfast and lunch here. Everything seems really fresh and tasted great. The only problem was the TIME it took to get it. My kids refused to go anymore, saying they called it 7 Days Restaurant because it takes 7 Days to get your food! :) read more

What an interesting spot! When entering, you have to walk past a rack of lovely looking pastries on the way to a table. I'm still thinking about them and may have to go back and get a cinnamon roll. The inside seating is smaller than I thought it would be and nicer. White tablecloths! The menu was pretty standard for breakfast, but included some nice options, including one of my favorites: a combo meal with both eggs and pancakes. That's what I went with this time, though I was tempted by the Portuguese breakfast sandwich. It was the Fourth of July and about 1,000,000° outside. So I think they may have been a little understaffed. In that regard, it took quite a while to get my meal.But they noticed and were very gracious about it. The owner (maybe manager but she had an owner vibe) came out unprompted and comped my order. Overall, I was impressed with this business and plan to return. Hopefully, it will be a cooler day, and I can sample the patio seating. read more

Wow!!! Is how I would start this review for Seven Days Restaurant. Seven Days was worth the drive from the customer service to the meals. The team working on Saturday morning was very welcoming and the items on the menu were local and fresh that we could notice from the first bite. We sat on the outside patio, that gave a nice ambiance and the weather was picture perfect. In our party, we tried different omelettes, homemade potatoes -that were on point, a nice crisp, and toast and whipped butter were all excellent. Also, we were able to enjoy an ice cold Red Stripe ! This was my favorite breakfast in the Cape Cod. We would highly recommend when out visiting the Cape Cod area. read more

Seven Days has an eclectic mix of food (Italian, Caribbean, seafood...) in what looks to be an old house. I have been a few times because they have a separate (small) vegan menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I went again on Saturday with a group of friends after attempting to go to a nearby restaurant with a long wait. We were seated immediately and our server was very friendly. Unfortunately, of the five listed vegan dinner items, they were out of the first two I selected, so I went with the tofu curry bowl, which I've tried before and was fine but frankly not my favorite. The vegetables are fresh but the curry sauce itself seemed very watery and the small chunks of tofu also seemed watery as if maybe they were not pressed first? I really appreciate that they make an effort to offer vegan options (and when I got the vegan eggplant parm on a previous occasion it was really delicious), I just wouldn't recommend the curry bowl in particular. I'm interested to come back some time to try their breakfast items. read more

Cute little place in a refurbished house. The service was nice. Our waiter was very attentive. I had the baked cod. It was so hot when it came out I had to wait awhile to eat it. It's was delicious. Very tender and sitting in a pond of butter. The broccoli was tender and well seasoned. I don't care for carrots so I didn't try them. The rice was plain and kinda dry. I put some in the cod's butter and it was better but not great. It needs some type of juice so it was t so dry and sone flavor. read more

We had breakfast this morning at Seven Days, and as usual were delighted with the taste and freshness of the dishes, the friendly ambience amongst the customers, and the helpfulness and welcome from the staff. We've been coming to Seven Days every couple of months since they first opened a few years ago - I believe we were their third customer. The restaurant offers a very substantial fish-and-chips meal on Friday evenings, that is well worth the relatively inexpensive cost. Our breakfast choices this morning included corned beef hash and eggs, and the corned beef had real taste. We opted for fruit salad rather than the baked home fries, and it was certainly the best fruit salad that we've had - 5 distinct fruits, and each with real taste. The coffee was good, too - I had 5 cups. My wife switched to decaf after her first cup and notably, the decaf was availably right away - in some restaurants, you grudgingly have to wait while they brew a pot. Several of our meals at Seven Days have included Caribbean elements, reflecting the owner's Jamaican heritage, perhaps. The breakfast menu, while certainly sufficiently extensive, was quite traditional - it would have been nice to see one or two Caribbean choices. As you drive along 6A, the restaurant sign can be a bit hard to see - the gold-on-black sign isn't easily seen from any distance. So, keep watch if you want to avoid having to make a U-turn. But U-turn if you have to - it will be very worthwhile. read more

What a charming place! We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated in the front room at a tablecloth covered table in an inviting and sunny room with colorful art for sale on the walls. We chose to split a tuna melt with a side of sweet potato fries from the extensive menu, because we wanted to save room for the enticing deserts in the display case. On our first morning in Dennis, we walked into Seven Days with no expectations, but were immediately greeted by the most friendly man, Trevon, who allowed us to choose our own table. He was courteous and prompt and gave us a few recommendations. My husband thoroughly enjoyed Trevon's creation, the Italian sweet cream iced latte, and I became quickly obsessed with the orange cranberry muffin French toast. The flavors are actually insane! We came back each morning of our stay greeted by Trevon and Paula. We ordered our favorites each day to share and tried new items as well. The jerk chicken is out of this world and an absolute must especially for spice seakers! As someone who lived in the Caribbean for several years, this dish tasted like it was made with the utmost attention and love. After our week in Dennis, we have a new favorite restaurant, and truly feel we met some of the kindest people in all of Massachusetts! Stopped in for an early dinner on the way to see low tide and sunset @ Chapin's Beach. We arrived about 5pm, it was quiet as expected, seated outside on the nice patio. We were given water and menus right away and a few minutes later the server came to take our drink order. Drinks took a short time, but we were there early and they were likely still getting ready. All were good sized and made well. We ordered our food and it too took a bit longer than we expected to arrive but everything was spot on and delicious! We had the " Friday Fish Fry" baked stuffed shrimp, a curry tofu special and chicken pot pie. All of our meals were cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed our meals. Prices were moderate, service was excellent, easy parking and a great feel and vibe. read more

Seven Days, a quaint, converted, old homestead & very Cape Coddish restaurant in the Village, very quickly became our favorite restaurant when we first ate brunch here over a year ago. We were met at the door being held open by Anthony, a tall, thin, handsome guy with a huge, bright smile! He welcomed us, sat us at a small front room table...always covered with classy, white tablecloths. Within a couple of minutes our water glasses were filled, drink orders placed and chatted with Anthony a bit. He doesn't write down your orders but always manages to get everything served correctly, hot and in a timely manner. He also is the son of Paula, one of the owners and he got his smile from his Mom! Hers is equally gorgeous. She's such a sweetheart! The food is delicious! You must try their Clam Chowder...so thick and creamy, chock full of sweet chunks of local clams! It's thick, but not gummy and there's no after taste of flour or cornstarch that hasn't been thoroughly cooked. It's craveably good! We have been there for meals at all times of the day and evening, are always welcomed warmly, and have never been disappointed by anything we ordered, nor by the incredible service by all the servers, but Anthony just has a way about him that I adore. Yup, we are regulars at this establishment and proud of it! Also of note, the walls are adorned with art & photography, most by local artists including three of mine!! There's also a patio to enjoy your meals during the warmer months. A small firepit, and small bar make it a perfect place to gather with some friends after a long day at the beach! I truly love this place, the way it's run, the love running throughout it, and how they make you feel like family. But, you want good food, right? Here you'll get the best, from warm, filling comfort stews and soups, sandwiches that are big and hearty enough to easily make two meals, turkey dinners or pot pies to die for, and oversized breakfasts fit for a King...or you! Our server was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional, even swearing under her breath when she forgot part of our order.
