We have had many delicious scrumptious dinners at 7th Lake House. A beautiful old fashion fireplace makes it so cozy and especially stop during the Christmas season and enjoy the tree and beautiful decorations that makes the place a gem in the Woods! A fantastic Chef and the staff are really friendly and makes one feel at home.

Considering "Fine Dining" is a sub-header on their sign outside, you'd expect a high quality experience. I had the $28 lamb special. Lamb itself was cooked well, and seasoned perfectly! Sides (mashed potato, vegetables, and red cabbage) left a lot to be desired on texture, taste, and temperature. Decor/Interior was outdated, old, and rickety (not in that "pretty rustic" way.) Ive experienced "Fine Dining" and i had a hard time perfectly equating this experience to some of my favorites. Wide variety of excellent wines though!

Always have good meals here. Great service every single time, frequent refills, good appetizers. Just a little bit off the beaten path.

Food is bland and overpriced. Service and atmosphere were decent. Would not return.

We were a party of 11 and they happily put 3 tables together for us. Our waiter was very friendly, accommodating and professional. There was something for everyone on our party. I had the prime rib on a wick roll. The meat was a little well done for my taste but otherwise good. It came with homemade chips and of course aus jus. I tried a bite of the pork Schnitzel sandwich it was served with pepper Jack cheese and onion, bacon jam, very savory. My niece had an ahi tuna and seaweed plate and my cousin had the flat iron steak. It was cooked to his liking. The fries were homemade and crispy. This is solid American food that we all enjoyed at a decent price for a "nicer" restaurant in the area. They aren't reinventing the wheel but it's a pleasant setting with good staff and decent food.

We were seated immediately and it took 25 minutes for our waitress to appear. The food finally…read morearrived an hour and 45 minutes after we were sat. The cornbread was burnt, the rice was undercooked, and we didn't receive the so-called signature bread and butter. One of the people at our table didn't get their food until 10 minutes after the rest of us which went unnoticed by the waitress until we pointed it out. A horrible experience with very subpar food. I wouldn't recommend this at all; it is not worth any price let alone over $100 for four people.

Italian Wedding soup (I think?) was also good, very flavorful. My ONLY comment is that sandwich needed some sauce or something... it was kind of dry. It just felt like it was missing something. If I could suggest like a honey glaze or something...? The balsamic just, I dunno... didn't work for me with the chicken. It was still good, just missing something. Atmosphere: It's divey inside, with "Success Kid" on the wall and other decor. It's cool and it's off the beaten path too, right in between, I think, a big apartment complex. I probably would have missed it if it weren't for Google Maps haha! Price: Not bad at all; sandwich, tea and soup ran me about $30. Decent price and everything on the menu seemed about the same. Service: No complaints on the service, except that I didn't have napkins at first, but then the server brought some out. It was pretty busy for being a Wednesday night. Overall: It's a solid place, great for a quick sandwich that is unique! But I wasn't floored... again, some sort of something in the sandwich but I can't really put my finger on it. I would come back again to try more of the sandwich types if I'm ever in the area.
