My sewer line--an old clay pipe with a lot of cracks--had really serious root intrusion issues, and they helped me bust up the roots and install 70 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe liner to prevent future intrusion. After I got their initial quote, I made sure to get a second quote from a reputable company as part of my due diligence. I was shocked when the other company quoted me an amount that was about 80% higher than Sewer Pipe Pros. When I told them I already had a quote from SSP that was much lower, suddenly thousands of dollars started falling off of their proposal, but they were never able to beat SPP and at that point I knew who I could trust to give a fair quote from the beginning. I called Robert because our kitchen sink had been backing up every year. He came out and ran a camera through the line, where he found that the 75-year-old cast-iron pipe was in poor condition. He explained that an epoxy liner was an option, but it could still lead to future backups. Robert recommended a better long-term solution: installing a new line from the kitchen down the side yard to the front yard, connecting to the main line--a total of about 90 feet--which would eliminate future problems. During the initial visit, he also ran a camera through the main line and discovered a crack with tree roots beginning to enter the pipe. The entire project took three days to complete. Robert and his team were extremely professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. When they finished, everything was thoroughly cleaned, and it looked like no work had been done at all.
