I called Robert because our kitchen sink had been backing up every year. He came out and ran a camera through the line, where he found that the 75-year-old cast-iron pipe was in poor condition. He explained that an epoxy liner was an option, but it could still lead to future backups. Robert recommended a better long-term solution: installing a new line from the kitchen down the side yard to the front yard, connecting to the main line--a total of about 90 feet--which would eliminate future problems. During the initial visit, he also ran a camera through the main line and discovered a crack with tree roots beginning to enter the pipe. The entire project took three days to complete. Robert and his team were extremely professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. When they finished, everything was thoroughly cleaned, and it looked like no work had been done at all.
