Theresa worked up sketches and painstakingly deconstructed the dress with an incredible attention to detail (she saved the individual lace flowers to reattach in the same pattern). She asked my preferences and permission every step of the way, knowing it was a treasured family heirloom. I could not be happier with how the dress turned out, and she so thoughtfully displayed it on a mannequin with bows once it was ready! I can't recommend Theresa enough. The owner seemed annoyed that I would need to try the pants on to pin the hem. There is a small corner with a curtain that you can change in. She pinned one of the pants & told me they would be ready late on Friday. I wasn't able to get back in till Monday. She had trouble finding my pants, then brought them out in a bag. She said she had written down a different day when they would be ready & didn't get them pressed. One pair was hemmed to the right length but the other was still too long. I decided not to take them back. Unfortunately this was not a positive experience & I will keep looking for someone to do alterations.
