My family had ordered around $200 worth of their absolutely delicious seafood, but unfortunately, my mom and brother were involved in a terrible car accident, and in the midst of everything that happened, all of the food was lost. I called Stewby's the next day and spoke with Sierra to explain what had happened. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding and immediately took care of us by giving us 20% off when we reordered. She absolutely did not have to do anything for us, which made her kindness mean that much more. It wasn't about the discount, it was about the way Sierra genuinely cared about what our family had just been through and went out of her way to do something kind for us during an incredibly difficult situation. That kind of customer service and compassion is rare, and it will not be forgotten. Sierra is absolutely outstanding, and Stewby's is incredibly lucky to have her running their establishment.
