Terrible delivery service! First, they call to complain that I wasn't tipping enough then they hung up on me! The driver shows up and throws the food in the hallway. He dumps half our salads in the hallway. He doesn't even off to help clean up after he made a total mess! While I'm taking food into my apartment, he takes off without saying anything. We ordered pick up a few weeks ago and decided to order delivery tonight. What a mistake! We ordered on the website and the site said our food would be delivered in about 45-50 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes I called the restaurant and they person who answers the phone said it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes because the pizza was just coming out of the oven. When I expressed my disappointment because I have two hungry kids at home, the response was not an apology or offer to do something to make it right. The guy on the phone simply said, "do you want me to cancel it?" Wow. Talk about a lack of customer service. While their pizza is tasty, I'll stick with Esthers and Oblios. ordered a mediterranean pizza last night and an order of garlic knots. took driver 2 hours to show up and when we finally got our pizza it was cold, missing sun-dried tomatoes, and we didn't get our garlic knots. When I called to let the store know, the dude replied with "oh we're out of garlic knots." That is something that should have been annotated on the website and/or we should have been given a courtesy call to let us know that we wouldn't be receiving them. If we would have known this fact I would have ordered from somewhere else. this was a horrible experience and one that I hope the store decides to make up for. read more

Can't not say more good things about this sexy pizza location. On top of delicious food, their customer service is amazing. I was running a food truck event for my children's school and we had a food truck not show up. So all of a sudden we have 200 hungry people and no food. We called Sexy Pizza and they got us 8 pizzas extremely quickly to help save the day! We could not have pulled it off without them. read more

Despite the initial prompt delivery of one order, the rest of our group uncomfortably waited for their food for over 15 minutes. The sole highlight was a staff member's amusing remark when they noticed our impatience: "I can see they keep staring at me. I think they're hungry." Sadly, the average taste of the pizza failed to compensate for the lackluster service. For a more enjoyable experience, substantial improvements in efficiency and communication are essential at Sexy Pizza. Good pizza but super disorganized business. We called in a pickup order on a Friday night and the wait was an hour and twenty minutes. We arrived on time and they hadn't even put our pies in the oven yet. We paid and patiently waited and observed (for another twenty minutes) a whole bunch of other people waiting excessively long times or showing up to find that their orders were lost or missing. Nine employees, all men, and not a single order out on time. The best they could do was suggest that we go to Long Table and ask them for a free beer. Disappointing to say the least. read more

The pizza is always great when you eat it at the location. It was a busy Friday night and the guy behind the counter was terrible. I should have asked for his name. The only reason we got our food was because another staff member went out of her way to acknowledge us and brought our food to us. What is up with the compost fee? First time ordering from this business and have to say not impress. They need to state that the spicy sausage is link and the mild sausage is bulk. They also need to learn how to spread the toppings around the entire pie. Toppings like condiments are to be had in every bite of the food they are enhancing. Save your money and order elsewhere. They have started adding BS hidden fees. theyre making money off of people pretending its for the environment. The composting fee is absolutely just a way for the bosses to make extra cash. Although the pizza is decent the last time I ordered it was late and when I say late I mean 2 hours late. We called after an hour and a half and we're told the pizza was out to delivery. After another 1/2 hour we called and we're told they were just making it. Then about 45 mins later a cold pizza showed up. It was almost 3 hours from ordering to delivery on a weekday night. They comped the pizza but JFC three hours! The pizza showed up after 9pm COLD! It's going to be really hard to use the"discount" they offered me because I can't trust that I'm going to actually get the food I ordered. At any point they could have said we don't have anyone to deliver and I could have picked it up. I am only a few blocks away. Total fail. I can't say I'll order from them again. I've had two experiences with sexy pizza. The first was when I ordered delivery. The pizza was ok but there are much better options. The second was when I thought it would be nice to sit on their patio and enjoy a drink on a Sunday afternoon. They were out of half of the items on their menu. The person taking my order didn't seem to know what they had on hand, where it was kept, and didn't seem to care at all. Park Hill has some great pizza options and this place is definitely high on that list. Great location and it's always clean. I've had pizza there several times and also ordered takeout. I don't write slam reviews based on one bad experience; everybody has a bad day. But when blown orders and excessive delays happen over and over again, something's wrong. The worker's are kind and helpful; they give out coupons for free pizza "next time", but even a free pizza is useless when they tell you it'll take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to make (2 hrs, really?) and when you go to pick it up they haven't even started ... or, more often, they've made the wrong pizza and they have to start over. Pizza's good but not good enough to put up with the uncertainty of getting it right. I think we're done here. read more
