More than half the times I go here someone is rude. The boba are either softened to mush or are hard. They're either out of boba, out of straws, or out of lids. There are so many boba places in the SGV I don't see why I need to give this place more chances when I'm spending $8 on a drink with 15% preselected tip option just to deal with an employee that acts like you're interrupting their free time.
