As mentioned earlier, the quality of the fish in the teriyaki salmon bento was not there. The fish tasted muddy on its own without the teriyaki sauce which was disappointing. The restaurant is small and offers only a few places to sit. There was a large TV that was playing K-pop loudly. The woman working was nice to mute the music for us since we sat at the table directly under the monitor. Overall, I recommend this place for the Black Ramen or for cheap sushi! Just stay away from anything where the fish is the star of the show because the quality is not the best!

Love how you can choose any fish from the glass window and the staff will ask whether you want it sliced or not. The line is always long so be prepared to wait but it moves quite fast. Pricing is so reasonable and most of the sushi are $9+. Such a steal! Staff was friendly and welcoming. I used my SGV Food Passport and redeemed a free salmon avocado roll (or California Roll). What a deal! It came with 12 mini rolls packed with salmon and avocado. The salmon was so fresh and delicious! This is one of my favorite rolls there so glad I got it free! I also got the Unagi Sushi. It consisted of 12 mini eel rolls. It was stuffed with eel and packed with flavor. It tasted so yummy and fresh. Definitely one of my favorites!
