OK, so I had my house broken into and they stole some money of my belongings as well as my car keys and the key to get into my garage luckily they didn't know which garage I had so they weren't able to get in there. Got locked out of our condo as my wife and I rushed out the front door assuming the other was driving. Turns out, we both left our keys inside. Called Ben - picked up in 2 rings, asked for my location, said we were neighbors and that he'd be here shortly. I asked him for a quote on the phone - he said not to worry about it. I'll be honest, made me nervous. Once he got here, did a few checks and then said there were two options - pick the lock or drill the lock, the latter was not preferable. We had a car key made for my Mothers Honda CRV 2 1/2 years ago. That key just broke apart and was no longer usable. This time we searched for another locksmith to make another key for my mom. Snir was the first locksmith that answered the request and we are glad for that. We called a place before and were quoted a price and Snir matched that price. Snir was prompt and showed up at our house on time . We did not have my moms vehicle and Snir made a key for us from a copy of the old key. I was surprised when Snir refused payment. Snir said "make sure that the key works first then pay me" , i was shocked. After a little bit i went down to my moms house to try the key, and it did not work. I called Snir right away to let him know the key did not work. Snir was willing to come to my moms car right away and make the key. I mentioned to Snir that tonight was not good so we made an appointment for the next day. My mom brought her car and Snir showed up on time again. Snir made sure he got the correct code from the car and very promptly made the key. SG locksmith and in particular Snir were great.
