Don't trust the food or the way the animals are slaughtered. If you are not of this persuasion i wouldn't trust the preparation.

Let's talk about heaven…read more... This is it. If the owner ever opens a sit down restaurant I want a standing reservation for the rest of my life. From the pizza to the fresh mozzarella to the cook at home porchetta there has never been a miss and I am a critical foodie...but my god...everything is delicious. We picked up a porchetta for the holiday and a hush fell over the table...every bite was succulent and cooked to perfection which was lovely because my husband took point and was able to easily handle it from the instructions. Now the bad. (Entirely unserious) Oh. The bad is that the young man at the counter didn't physically twist my arm to get 2 orders of EVERYTHING. The Cacio e Pepe fritters are life changing I would eat a bowl the size of my head and then a dozen of these fried bites of heaven. HEAVEN. He was too nice he should have told us to buy more We love the ability to grab the nectars and imported beverages by the single or 4 back, the garlic bread is absurd, the mozzarella sticks are soooooo creamy dreamy and the meatballs? Don't tell my mom...the reigning champ has been dethroned by Angelo, the angel we all needed because this man can COOOOOOK.

This is truly an amazing place with the most authentic southern Italian food I've ever seen - even…read moregiven Arthur Ave and other places in NYC. Tiny, take out, Neapolitan style pizzas are as good if not better than some I've had in Naples and I travel there frequently on food missions. Their sandwich's are more Italian American but made with the best ciabatta or semolina I've had here and with over the top quality ingredients. I'm still stunned by the authenticity and quality of this place.

This is a franchise chain up and down New Jersey so things may vary a little bit from location to…read morelocation but overall it's a guaranteed good sandwich. I have to say the guy who takes the orders and does the cashier is above and beyond super friendly and polite. Borderline nauseatingly nice, but that's just me. Overall excellent customer service, job well done. Tons of selections from cold cuts to hot sandwiches. I would stick with a nice hot chicken sandwich with whatever assortments you prefer or a classic Italian cold cut sandwich with your choice of sliced meats. I had a meatball and it wasn't that impressive. If you're gonna spend this kind of money, go for a good sandwich. If you wanna pedestrian meatball sandwich, get one from Subway for five bucks not from here for $15. The price is a bit expensive. you're looking at $12-$14 for a medium size sandwich. And all reality they should be $10 max, but what can you do? Still If, and when you order from this franchise, you're guaranteed to get a solid sandwich, quality meats, on great crispy Italian bread with seeds made to order. Primo Hoagies - A#1 in!

While on vacation, we were craving the Bada Bing & Bada Boom (our usual) from them, so I asked him to get it on his drive home from Jersey one day... After having my Bada Boom, I have to say, I was really disappointed. The chicken cutlet was rubbery & dry, there weren't enough peppers, and the sesame bread tasted stale. Not to mention, $16 for a 9"- Primo size, I expected better. Prices went up, but the quality definitely went down :(
