Avocado bacon burger top top right Double stack shack burger bottom right Black Truffle Parmesan Fries

Located on the street front of buckhead village, you'll find plenty of parking in nearby parking garage and parking can be validated for 2 hours. As far as burgers go, shake shack does not miss for me. The burgers are always extra juicy, also greasy , but delicious and the vegetable toppings taste fresh. We got the bacon avocado burger and the double stack shack burger. The crinkle fries on their own are nothing special, but the black truffle sauce was delectable. Service was fine, and ambiance was nothing special but they offer outdoor seating upstairs, and on a nice day it was great. Anytime I'm craving a good burger you can't go wrong with shake shack!

Aye you can't go wrong with a burger from here. I'm always satisfied no matter the location. It wasn't too busy today, walked straight in and ordered. The food came quickly and the staff was very friendly, brought our food to our table then asked if we needed condiments and napkins. They took care of everything. Also the restaurant and restrooms were clean.

The food is excellent, never had a bad experience going to a shake shack. The burger, fries and chicken sandwich was flavorful. Come and try it. The establish is nice and clean, service was quick and efficient for take out.

The burgers were pretty good. A bit dry though. I had the truffle burger and added American and bacon to it. My daughter had the avocado bacon burger. I ordered the Parmesan truffle fries. They forgot my extra cheese and bacon in my burger and my fries were cold and came without the truffle sauce. They did correct the issue quickly. I will say it's no BurgerFi.

    Evening out

I visited Shake Shack two floors in Buckhead this past Saturday evening, and my experience was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. I ordered the SmokeStack burger and fries. My order was brought out to me hot and fresh. The highlight of the evening was the staff, Moreso the floor attendant. She was simply amazing. Catering to everyone's needs and making sure new guest felt welcomed and greeted appropriately. Zay was awesome, and made the evening spectacular. If I could give 10/10 stars I would!

I love shake shack and go pretty consistently. This location is a tough one to quickly grab and go. The parking is underneath and you have to validate it or else it costs an arm and a leg. This location seems to operate kind of slower than usual. They don't have the self ordering stations like a lot of the other ones. The place itself has a lot of seating, but some times it's not the cleanest. The food itself is always great. The chick n bites are delectable and I typically recommend the shroom burger.

Strawberry rhubarb shake....and of course paper straw
    Chris D.

Ok, I just kind of fell into this place to eat on accident. Weather was perfect for Atlanta, And I just walked 6 miles... In other words, I was hungry.... But only for dessert. I chose to be on time For a shake that's limited in time And I'm pretty happy for making this decision Now this isn't your homemade "little house on the prairie type shake" But, it was good enough to spark my interest The streusel could have been much better The strawberry flavor was good enough And the texture was custard like Not overly sweet. Best part, I was able to drink the shake And make it home with no ill effects To sum things up, It's a strawberry shake Exactly what I paid for Nothing more Nothing less.. I would be open to tasting their cookies and cream shake The worst part was the paper straw I was hoping this trend would have been left behind in California.

Place was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Food was decent not bad! Staff was great! Cons: The burger and the onion rings needed to be seasoned. And no, I dont mean to heavily salt the food. In fact, it needed something more than just salt. Turkey meat has to be seasoned well otherwise it can taste like card board box ha ha ha! The burger was good but I just needed just a lil more seasoning on my burger and it would have been top notch. It just tasted bland. The onion rings were fried well the batter jus needed a lil seasoning tlc. Just a lil bit of somethen. I was lowkey disappointed but again it wasnt horrible jus slightly bland. I'd def. Come back again, id hus know to ask for extra seasoning or something.

I loved the caramelized jalepeno slices since they added it beautiful hint of spicy sweetness to the dish. The bread has a nice chew and it does not get soggy fast. - CONS: Not that special. I dont know why it's "korean" since it tasted like a normal cheesesteak but with a few jalapenos. I also wish they added in more jalapenos (I got like 3). 2) Garlic Fries with Ranch: - PROS: Very nice texture with a crispy outside and fluffy inside that is not too dense. The flavor comes from the garlic mince that is on top. The ranch is like a mixture of an aioli and tartar sauce (I think they make it in house, correct me if I'm wrong). - CONS: Inconsistent texture as some of the fries were dense but a few had that good hollow crisp bite. Quite oily too. Overall, I enjoyed the cheesesteak but would probably skip the fries next time. I do believe it is good especially the bread. I don't think it is worth all the hype it gets, but it is good.

Every bite was outstanding and easily one of the best burgers I've had anywhere. The Parmesan Truffle Fries were every bit as memorable. Crispy, loaded with flavor, and perfectly seasoned, they became the center of attention at our table. In fact, the three of us were literally fighting over the last few fries. That's about the highest compliment a side dish can receive. The restaurant itself has a clean, modern atmosphere with a great vibe.
