Love the crinkle cut fries, although ours weren't very warm. The fried chicken was great and came out super hot. Easy to take to the waterfront to eat. Ordering off the iPads was slow. Water and bathrooms available.

I don't come to this shake shack often because it's usually super packed on nice days or weekends when I am around! We decided to eat here after my daughters appointment and it was nice and quiet on a Monday, around 1:30pm. They have iPads where you can order your food and someone on standby to help if you have questions or he was also there explaining what we had to do. Order your food, if you're dining in, take a number and mark it next to your name when placing the order, pay and find a seat. When your food is ready, they will bring you your order. Our food came within 5 minutes of waiting- burger was nice and hot, fries were nice and crispy and shake was so so good. It was also fun sitting by the window seat with no crowds around.

Golden star shake... there's no peach flavor in it... what would princess peach say?

This review is only for the shakes - not really a fan of their burgers and fries but their shakes were always pretty rich tasty and creative. Lately though they aren't up to snuff and taste watered down, less creamy and more sugary. Case in my point my teen said... this tastes like a Starbucks frappe instead of a milk shake. Anyway I went to try their limited edition golden shake to celebrate the release of the new Mario movie. Store was decked out in cute decorations. It's busy at this shake but I figured just ordering a shake shouldn't be an issue. Nope, everyone ignored the shake that was made and sitting on the table cuz they were too busy filling the hot food orders so it took me 10-15 min to get my shake and it was semi melted by then. It was suppose to be a peach strawberry shake. Nope... just tasted like a weak fake strawberry flavor. Not even a ghost of a peach. The caliber of the ice cream has gone downhill. Will think twice about ordering a shake that cost 9 bucks that doesn't taste like ice cream. Ko

because this isn't my first time having shake shack, i went into it thinking it would be the similar, if not the same, to the ones i've had before. this was far from the case. the patties were pink inside and the fries tasted old and stale. and not to mention this meal costed $19.76.

My girlfriend kept insisting that I had shake shack fresh and so we ordered it online with the tmobile Tuesday deal! The ordering process was super fast and was ready under 7 minutes or so. I grew up in California and had In-N-Out my entire life and barely had my first shake shack burger this year. The burger tasted great and had a more meatier/earthy taste to it. I wish the buns were more toasted and wasn't put in that white wrap. I think it makes the buns more soggy. The fries were also pretty soggy but overall the taste was great. I think the burger isn't very cohesive in terms of taste though, it's not that balanced and you can definitely taste the meat more than anything else. The indoor/interior design/decor was very nice and the staff was very helpful / quick to help. Unfortunately, there was no peanut sauce (I wanted to try it so badly).

Charsie and I came here for a snack after brunch. I ordered two chicken sandwiches to go and she ordered a hamburger to go. We ordered through the app and picked an estimated arrival time. When we arrived there was quite a few people waiting outside by the entrance. There was a window for pick ups (but, at the time we didn't realize that's where you picked up mobile orders. We actually went in to get our food). There is someone who takes orders on the tablet and you are allowed to wait inside the restaurant for your food. My order was ready to go but, we had to wait for Charsie's food. We waited for maybe 15ish minutes and someone bought her food directly to her. The staff was friendly and efficient. I have eaten at Shake Shack before but, this was my first time getting onions on my sandwich. Personally, I found the onions overpowering but, I caramelized the onions for the second sandwich and added only a small amount and found it delicious. We found the food to be consistent with other Shake Shack locations.

amazing and the place was very cute with the best air conditioning after being in the heat

I have always loved shake shack and this location didn't disappoint. It can get a little busy during peak times on the weekend, but the staff keeps things moving. I came in specifically to try the hot ones collab and loved it. The sauce they put on the burger isn't actually that hot, so you have to be sure to order the last dab packet on the side (an extra $2) if you want the full experience. I also asked for a side of their cherry peppers, which I think complemented the burger nicely. The Apollo sauce is no joke, so try a little before drowning your burger in it, and deff order a drink on the side to quench your thirst after

This Shake Shack location, though perfectly situated across from Brooklyn Bridge Park, was our worst Shake Shack experience. There were free tables during a recent weekday evening visit, but most of these were uncleared or dirty. At the seats we finally chose because of the relatively clean tabletop, fries littered the floor. A staff member did come to sweep the floor and clear but not wipe down the surrounding tables, but that was halfway into our meal -- maybe 25 minutes into our visit. Our food was frenetically made. Both of our burgers were slightly burnt. The bacon in my Shack Burger was severely over-salted. My SO explicitly requested Shack Sauce for her hamburger, but none came with it. The team operating this location seems to need more help to properly serve high customer volume. This location has free Wi-Fi provided by the DUMBO BID, but not provided by Shake Shack. It was difficult to connect to DUMBO Free Wi-Fi -- perhaps too many people were using it because PhotoVille was happening across the street. I hope Shake Shack will eventually provide its own complementary Wi-Fi.

This location is so crowded. Ordered on the app for pickup and still had to wait 15 mins. Food is good though. Wish they paid attention to the order since I asked for cheese on the side, not on the fries as we were not going to eat the food yet.

My buddy and I stopped in here while we were journeying through Brooklyn New York. We never been to a shake shack before so we went in to give it a shot. We were both pleasantly surprised with how good this food really was I got a bacon cheeseburger fries and a drink and it was really good it was worth the money that it was it was reasonable price so if we go back I would definitely hit up the Shake shack

I was able to try Shake Shack for the first time out at the Stagecoach music festival, but I'm going to say that time didn't count. The Chicken Shack sandwiches were not available at the fest so I only had the Shroom burger. So I was stoked to have a full Shake Shack experience in NY, where it all started. Service was excellent and quick and the dining area was clean. I ordered the Chick'n Shack and fries and a nice cold Brooklyn Brewery beer. I thought I was smart by cutting my sandwich in half, and went on to enjoy the most tender, juicy, well seasoned chicken sandwich ever... Sadly, I didn't cut it in half properly and ate the whole chicken, thinking I had another half. I could have probably ate another one, it was so good and flavorful! Definitely check out Shake Shack wherever there is one, and give the Chickn a try!

All the hype, all the 3.5k Yelp reviews, all the 4.3 stars, all the 5.1k photos to lured me, finally, for a visit to Taiyaki NYC to make my own assessment and patronized visit was surely justified. It is here Taiyaki NYC where the fish-shaped Japanese waffle that is chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside is well known. This fish-shaped Japanese waffle originated where invented in Tokyo, Japan in 1909. I have a strong proclivity for predilection of traditional ice cream as my personal taste, but occasionally I do enjoy soft serve ice cream. My predilection of traditional ice cream is for maintaining the coldness to intake my time consuming whereas soft serve ice cream melts very quickly. Taiyaki NYC only carries soft serve ice cream. I decided my usual default ice cream flavor green tea one scoop in small cup. Customer service is attentive as my male server cashier was very patient when deciding my order and digging my bag to search for change for cash payment. This male cashier appeared very utterly befuddled with bewilderment questioning the American coin respective values when counting to dispense my change as my payment was cash. Yes, cash is still widely accepted as a valid form of legal tender payment. "Prohibition of Cashless Establishments, as of March 21, 2026, all retail and food establishments in New York State, including New York City, must accept in-person cash payments, banning fully cashless stores." Taiyaki NYC complies. There are very limited ledge seating and absolutely no tables. This brick and mortar storefront business is designed for take-out, the standard NYC on-the-go culture. There are disposable coasters with their fish waffle image. There is a galvanized metal bucket reminisce of mint julep cup serving as makeshift gratuity from one's arts and craft creation. Ice cream cup, one scoop green tea $7.50 It has a very alluring aesthetic food appeal to my eye for the swirls heap in a large, towering mound above the cup ream line. It does have the standard hollow center, but not a large circumference unlike most soft serve ice cream competitor businesses. I find the gargantuan hollow center to be flagrantly egregious cheating and scamming customers for quantity and quality. Aesthetic food appeal for the facade attract customer attention, but can businesses focus on taste, quantity and quality for filling the interior especially at a extortionate price of $7.50? Nevertheless, the taste was a joyful delight as a temporary escape from life's chaotic of my Sisyphean task. Napkins are abundantly available for grabs.

Chinatown Ice Cream Factory was only steps away, so it only made sense for us to check it out. I had heard of CICF before - it has become pretty well known on social media and my brother also frequents this area and has spoken of it. The space is small - outside of a small area indoors to queue up there is no other seating or area for customers. There was a small line when we arrived but it moved quickly; I can see foot traffic being an issue when they're being slammed though as there is no efficient flow of customers in and out. But I mean, it must be working for them - this spot is incredibly popular. Anyway, they have a good selection of ice cream flavors - some common ones and other more unique ones. I decided to try the vanilla fudge which was quite good; I could tell the ice cream itself was quality, and there was a generous helping of fudge ribboned throughout. Service was good - they were working the line well and before I knew it I was outside enjoying. Overall, Chinatown Ice Cream Factory was great - the ice cream was delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to return to explore more of their flavors.

The melon pieces were sweet, the ice is milk based so it was creamy and flavorful on its own. We barely used the condensed milk that it came with (and we loved how they put it on the side for us instead). At the bottom of the shaved ice was cereal pieces and mochi which gave a nice different texture. We also tried their drinks specifically their blue lemonade and mango-ade which I thought was just ok. The highlight is definitely their shaved ice. Definitely go for the large as the small seemed much smaller and for double the price, you can get almost 2-3x more. The line was pretty long when we arrived, and it took us about 15 minutes to get to the front. Once you get inside, a worker offers you samples before you decide what you want. The frozen yogurt selection itself was pretty small, which was one of my only critiques. There were only a handful of flavors to choose from, so we kept it simple and went with the vanilla and chocolate. They had a good selection of toppings, although I've definitely been to other froyo places with more variety. I was especially excited about the cookie dough and all the different sauces. We added a few scoops of cookie dough, chocolate cake, mochi, and pistachio, matcha, and chocolate sauces. The cookie dough was by far the star of the show! It paired so well with the frozen yogurt and was probably my favorite part of the whole thing. It was pretty pricey for frozen yogurt, but honestly, I thought it was worth it. I also liked that many of the frozen yogurts and toppings had healthier, gluten-free, and/or vegan options, which made indulging in dessert feel a little less guilty. Seating inside is limited, but people come and go pretty quickly, so we were able to find a spot.
