If you haven't been to a Shake Shack I highly recommend you going. #1. For the pleasant & friendly service. Being that I was unfamiliar with what to order, Schlayah ( I hope I spelled her name correctly.) Had taken my order was very patient and helpful while I decided what to order. The young man who refilled my drink was pleasant as well. I mentioned to him about my friends drink and he said he's making a new batch and will get another drink to us as soon as it was done. Once it was done he bought the drink to our table. #2. For the food, I ordered the Shack Stack $12.49. A cheeseburger topped with a 'Shroom burger, lettuce, tomato and shacksauce. So simple, fresh and delicious. Pomegranate sweet basil lemonade refreshing and a Complimentary refill. Onion rings were freshly made and golden! #3. The dinning area was clean and artificial foliage enhances the dinning area. There's photo op, and of course! My friends and I had taken the opportunity to do so, and a kiosk that you can place your order if you choose to. Overall I paid a decent price for my 2 meals. Service + Food + Ambiance = 5 Stars Review.

Today for lunch we tried this Shake Shack, & it did not disappoint! The freshness & quality (angus beef) made for a delicious burger. You can order from the kiosks but Arianna was so pleasant & offered to take our order at the counter. She also walked around the tables to ask how everything is. Where can you get that service at a fast food place? The restaurant & bathrooms were both clean. I look forward to returning here.

Woohoo! A Shake Shack in Northwest Las Vegas! Yes! After a hospital visit on a Friday, I was in the mood for a cheeseburger. I saw that Shake Shack was open at the Centennial Center location and decided to stop by for a late lunch around 2:30 P.M. Shake Shack's menu has a wide variety of options from hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken bites, lettuce wraps, sides like fries and onion rings, or shakes and desserts. Some of their options you can choose from include the following Tiramisu Shake Vanilla Shake K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries Veggie Shack Lettuce Wrap Avocado Bacon Chicken Sandwich 'Shroom Burger and so much more! It wasn't too busy inside the Shake Shack when I had visited on the Friday afternoon. There was plenty of parking spaces and tables available inside the restaurant. My husband and I ended up taking a to go order to bring back to our house instead of eating there. I ended up getting the following [1] Chocolate Shake (Chocolate Frozen Custard) [1] Cheeseburger with bacon (cheese, hamburger patty, and bacon) The service was fast! We were outside the restaurant in about 15 minutes. I ended up drinking my entire chocolate shake on the way back to the house though in the car! It was delicious! I would order it again! The bacon cheeseburger was fantastic! The bacon was crispy and the hamburger patty was scrumptious! Next time though, I do want to try something off of their Korean Style Menu. The K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites looks delicious!

First time into our new Shake Shack in the Centennial Hills area near Sam's Club. Very nice. Staff were friendly. Clean and bright dining area. We ordered our food to go so will need to update for food review:)

We went there opening day, so I was a bit skeptical of how good it would be/if thru got the kinks out. We got there around 5pm expecting a line out the door. We got in before the bonkers rush! We initially ordered our food to go but some seats opened up and we mentioned to one of the servers we were going to eat in. Everyone's order gets a number so they can find you, so it worked out. The Food. Whoa. To my shock they REALLY had everything going! The food was soooo good! The bacon burger was awesome and I ordered the chicken bacon & avocado. That fried chicken was sooooo yummy, delectable (moist) and juicy! It was perfect! I was really impressed! The onion rings were super yummy (not the textured/grainy kind but the carefully dunked smooth ones). AND THEY HAVE CRINKLE FRIES! My favorite fry! The shakes looked out of this world and I'll have to go just for those, but my root beer float was vet good (wish it was 3 times the size!). But overall, the staff was wonderful and so helpful and we were all really impressed! Great job!

This is a late check-in and review as the business wasn't on Yelp during the grand opening on 02/03/26. I had the pleasure of visiting Shake Shack Centennial for the grand opening and be one of the first few people to dine in and mingle with the "suits." I had the pleasure of relaying to the regional manager that the food at their Craig location was overly salted (I also visited their grand opening a year ago). Each time I'd gone since wasn't pleasurable which has been disappointing. At the Centennial location I ordered a single Shack burger, Korean-Q Chicken tenders, and the seasonal Valentine's Day shake. Everything was great (as expected). The burger was seasoned well. The customer service was on another level which was expected for a grand opening. I had someone approaching my table frequently to ask how things were and if I needed anything. The staff were very accommodating and I do expect that service to continue well after the grand opening because Shake Shack staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I'm just happy I don't have to drive all the way to Summerlin for my Shake Shack fix. I just hope the food quality remains on the up and up. I highly recommend. I was gifted a tumbler which I was able to add to my tumbler collection. I now have two thanks to the Craig Rd grand opening.

Quick service. No drive thru, casual spot with indoor seating. Ordered on the app and food was ready when I got there, you do have to go inside to pick it up. The mango drink was delicious but definitely a little tart. Got the chicken bites and fries and both were nice and crispy. Decent quantity.

The burger was tasty, but the price is kinda crazy. There isnt really any reason a single burger, a doubler burger, with some middle of the road fries and a shake should cost 40 bucks. I just dont know if the flavor out weighed the cost. As far as the staff and environment go, they were solid and a very clean place.

Service 10/10 who ever was working today April 13th 2026. EXCELLENT JOB!!!! I truly truly appreciate those working because again hospitality is a hard industry! THE FOOD WAS THE BEST PART OF THE VISIT! Whoever cooked the chicken on April 13th 2026 around 2:00pm DID SUCH AN INCREDIBLE JOB!!!! I never ever do reviews on fast food because it's always the same. BUT HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL IM A SHAKE SAHCK FAN NOW!!! I can't stress enough how that was the BEST chicken I've ever eaten/had! Now for those leaving this place negative reviews should understand the food industry/hospitality industry, it's always about pleasing the customer. GIVE THE WORKERS SOME SLACK! It's a brand new location! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD FOR ME!

This restaurant just opened at the beginning of February 2026 so we decided to give it a try since we had eaten at a couple Shake Shacks at the airport and outlet stores. The restuarant was busy and once we placed our order on the kiosk for dine-in our food took a while to come out. The burgers and grilled cheese were ordered were good, but the krinkle cheese fries we order were ok but fries were small and thin in size. We did order a couple strawberry malts that were very good. Price is a little more than we expected. Seating was limited since they were busy so we had to wait a little to find on. Staff was friendly. Overall, we had a good experience.

Happy to have a Shake Shack in this neighborhood! Food taste and quality was consistent and what we expected. Staff members went above and beyond when it came to being pleasant and friendly, whether it was checking on us while we ordered on the kiosk, or walking by in the dining area. Floors seemed extra greasy though, was very afraid of tripping and falling if not taking careful steps. Wish they would bring back their seasonal truffle burgers.

We went for lunch and it was busy! Place was clean and service was fast tho! Food was correct and hot! We were gonna go to RR but I think this was a better choice!

But we had people in our party eager to get shaved ice, which is advertised on a lot of their signs, only to find out they weren't serving shaved ice tonight. So that was frustrating. We went ahead and ordered some dole whip and then, slowly watched like 5+ groups that were behind us get their ice cream before us. We brought this to our attention. At first they said "sorry we only have one guy doing it. This made no sense as the people behind us got dole whip. Then a few seconds later they admitted no one was doing it. A few mins later and and a few more successful pickups later the manager came out to ask what was going on. I explained yet again (mind you the firework show was well underway). He promptly went to the back and made our dole whip. He then explained there was a mixup with orders and who knows what. While he was friendly and fixed the problems lots of time passed so this was frustrating. The dole whip of course was great though

The variety is one of the best parts... there's something for everyone, whether you like classic flavors or something more adventurous. I went with the Oreo Cold-brew ice cream in a cup topped with a cone. It hit the coffee flavor I needed. The shop has a welcoming, family-friendly vibe, making it a great place to stop with kids/friends or even solo like I did today. Portions are generous, and the ice cream is rich, creamy, and consistently good. From cones and cups to sundaes and shakes, everything feels like a classic treat. Overall, Baskin-Robbins is a reliable go-to for satisfying a sweet tooth and enjoying a simple, happy dessert moment. And... service is always great!!

I used to visit the previous restaurant that was in the same location as La Viva Michoacana! We originally thought it opened up at 11:00 A.M, but the restaurant hours are open after 12:00 P.M - 9:00 P.M except on Sunday. Luckily, the owners opened the door and let us in! It was so nice of them! Inside the restaurant, there are a few tables and bar stool seating. There is also a photo op area for Linda Michoacana with a floral design! It's beautiful! There are a variety of different ice cream flavors available - Cheesecake Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate Cookies & Cream Cookie Dough and so much more! My husband and I ended up getting [2] different crepes #3: Strawberries, Bananas, Nutella, Sugar Powder, Whipped Cream #7: Cinnamon Flavor, Sugar Powder, Caramelized Apple, Cinnamon Powder, Whipped cream. 1 Scoop of ice cream for each crepe was provided in a small container. We waited about 10 minutes for the crepes and ate inside the restaurant! We ended up splitting the crepes together. The Strawberries and Bananas were fresh inside the crepe! There was so much Nutella on top of the crepe and it blended well with the fresh fruit! I also enjoyed the cinnamon apple crepe. The Apple slices were small, but crunchy. There was also plenty of cinnamon powder mixed into the crepe! It was a good flavor balance swapping bites between the two different crepes! This is a great new local restaurant in the Centennial Hills area!
