I ordered a chicken burger and got a beef burger with bacon! I don't eat beef or bacon. Fries were cold. Overall not a good experience.

I love their shakes. Their burger is either a hit or miss depending on the cook. Sometimes it tastes great other days it can be over cooked or too salty. What's up will all this salt?? Tone it down a bit. Sometimes the shakes are all melted I like mine more frozen. But they are still good. :) Yes it's worth waiting for 25 minutes for just a shake LOL. Just a burger staple for me. I always make an effort to bring visiting friends to Shake Shake because it's that delicious . I first went in 2011 when they opened the location in South Beach. The quality has never wavered and the freshness is amazing. I had the opportunity to place a large order via the app for my office. Now what I have to say is the app is a huge plus especially if you work 15 minutes away. No hassle with a long line I was in and out in 3 minutes. We had 4 orders and nothing was missing. So great staff! There is nothing like driving 15 minutes back and finding out they forgot a burger lol. Also the fact despite a 15 minute delay to have the delish food it was still fresh and not even a fry was soggy! We had the shroom burger, double shack, smokehouse, and several other things. To be completely honest you can't go wrong with a single menu item. So go pre order trust me you will be happy you did. read more

I was blown away! I got a cheese burger L& T, and fries. Soft traditional roll, crispy bright green leaf lettuce, two ripe red tomatoes, real cheese and two juicy lightly grilled burgers. The meat wasn't grainy and flat as a quarter dollar coin. It looked and tasted like I cooked it for myself!! Kudos to the staff!!! I could taste the love!!! Fries were crinkle cut and not those skinny things that eventually taste and turn into wood once cooled down. These fries were crunchy on the outside creamy in the center and remained so even after they fell under their correct serving temp. I rarely patronize fast food burger joints; this is not a joint! You might wait a bit longer than you would for a clown, a king, or a little kid concept place, but you'll be happy you did! read more

Food is usually great but the service here is horrendous - it's not bad enough that there is always an hour wait for a pickup time, but then when you get here to pick it up the order still isn't ready and you wind up waiting another 15-30 minutes for your pickup order. This is not the first time either, I have given it many chances. Not sure if it's just this location or this is how it is at all of them but this is the only location I've tried. Might be time to try another location and see if this is localized only to This spot or not. This time was the worst. I waited an extra half hour after my pickup time, when I got there I asked where my order was after 10 min and they said it wasn't ready yet, I waited another 20 minutes- I got my order and all the food was cold and my milkshake was melted. So something didn't add up. I'm really disappointed and will be calling customer service for this company if I can get through to a person. read more

Loved coming here but the customer service sucks! I placed an order on the app and had to go back to modify it then was charged twice. I called and they said my account would be credit in a few day...guess what! I was still charged twice and I called to resolve this only for someone to be rude to me and nothing to be done! Love it! So glad they opened up close by. The mushroom burger is the bomb!! Add a burger to that and you've made it to Mecca! Get yourself some fries and a peanut butter shake and call it a day. Kudos to the Livingston Shake Shack team for their efficient take-out service during COVID. Ordering from the app is easy and everything has been ready very soon after ordering. They meet you at the door with your food; unlike other take-out operations around here, customers can't go inside and mill about while waiting, which is safer for employees and customers alike. We've been for lunch about 5 times since the Jersey lock-down started in March, and each time the wait was short and the staff was friendly. AND the food is tasty. My favorite is the Shack Burger but the fried chicken sandwich is good, too. Thank you Shake Shack! read more

Much needed addition to the area. Indoor and outdoor seating areas are excellent. They had people walking around taking garbage away and refilling water. Quite a long line but the wait was only about ten minutes once order was placed. read more

Solid burger place with really good fries and a nice clean, well run operation. Everything seems to be made fresh and with quality ingredients. I give this an edge over Five Guys. The only down side for me is that they do not really have anything for someone who is vegan. read more

This place has gone downhill fast. Went about a year ago . It was bumping busy. Went tonight with my kids and there was no line and our food took soooo long! Talked to others people waiting more than 20 mins for their food said it was there first and last time here. Wrong orders, etc. We suspect this one not to make it. Rarely ever come here to dine in since it's usually always packed! So I mostly use the shake shack app to order my food as a pick up order. It's super fast and convenient, and from 5-15 minutes after I place my order my food is ready to go otherwise when I dine in here the food is usually quick.
