My drinks addiction! Since I found this place I haven't stop returning repeatedly. My daughter loves it, husband loves it & I'm a big fan of course lol. Tonight, I had a Thai iced tea with honey boba & my husband got a Taro milk with coconut jelly. It was the bomb! I tried his & I'll get his drink next time. Everything was on point. Especially, they got a nice promotion going on buy 1 drink get 1 free on every Friday until 11/20. Friendly cashier as always. I ordered an oolong milk tea with pearls yet for the first time today I was told I could customize my drink. Most places offer sweetness and ice, here you can also pick soy milk, whole milk, and 2 percent milk. I have no idea what kind of milk to choose from, especially since what I get else where is probably powdered milk! I asked the cashier, Adrian, what the default was and he couldn't answer me. So I said I wanted everything "regular" and Adrian just stood there and he struggled to punch in the order. He then asked me again what I wanted, including the sweetness, ice, and milk. This shouldn't be difficult if he knew what the default is and share that same information with me so that we could speed along the process. And he forgot to include pearls with the order, what a fail. read more

I ordered the classic milk tea with pearls. The drink has just the right amount of sweetness, and you can definitely taste the tea! I didn't get to check to see if you can customize the sweetness. They also sell a variety of snacks, such as mochi and Pocky (though they are a little pricey). I'll definitely come back to try one of the create-your-own bubble teas, in which you can mix up to 3 flavors and choose from a variety of add-ins. Wow! I didn't know how this place would be like. I tend to ask a lot of questions when I get boba drinks. The service was impeccable. The owner was uber friendly and personally made my drink customized to what I like. If I didn't like it, she'd make it right bo matter what! What great customer service! I tried the lychee crema and it was sooo fantastic! It was refreshing and did not taste like those powdered types. It was so yummy! My friends saw how much I liked it and they ended up getting some! Love shaketea! The workers are super friendly and repeat back my order every time. My personal favorite had been the black tea creama with boba and lychee jelly but lately the slushes have been delicious!!! You can blend any flavors to create a slush and they include milk and tea in the slush which surprised me because I assumed slushes would be icy. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was charged twice for my order and and when i came back two days later to fix it the manager was completely rude and said she had to call her it person to make sure i wasn't lying to her about being double charged, i work in a similar store and when something like this happens we just refund them because we were talking about less than 4$ here and it was ridiculous how much of my information she wanted. eventually i got my money back without giving her my card last 4 numbers and everything but she was completely unprofessional and rude to me as a customer. read more

I purchased the original milk tea, half sweetness. The honey boba was softer than I like, it kind of just fell apart and wasn't chewy at all. There wasn't much tea flavor, just sugar and creamer. The half sweetness was still extremely sweet, I would get 25% sweetness if I go again. read more

Highly impressed with Shake Tea. I used to have boba tea from this place in SoCal awhile back and haven't been able to find something close to a Taiwanese shaken milk tea for over 10 years! Shaking the tea drastically changes your drink by leaps and bounds. Their boba was also fresh and perfect consistency. Service is a bit slow when the order has already been taken but great overall. We have a weekly ritual of taking our kids to the Oakridge Mall and our kids love to play in the play area. This shop is right across from that and they had buy one get one free one day, so my wife decided to give it a try. Now it has become part of the ritual. We love the choice of flavors they offer. After having a couple of drinks from here, I can honestly say that this place is amazing! A lot of the drinks are very similar to that of Tpumps (such as being able to have 3 different flavor in your drink), but there is also a wide variety of coffee beverages and smoothies there! Beside having a wide variety of high quality drinks, the service there is beyond superb! All of the employees are very helpful and extremely to all of there customers. Overall Shake Tea is a 5 star tea bar with incredible drinks and customer service. read more
