Tough call for how many stars to give. I'm rounding up. I really want to give it a 3.5 stars. Environment was typical bar scene with regular seated dining experience in the other room. Floors sticky and so did the bar top. I went on a very busy day as it was all you care to eat fish and chips day on Ash Wednesday. Bad choice on my part, but wanted to get the full experience. Obviously, I ordered the fish and chips with the scotch eggs. The fish and chips were typical English/Irish fare. Soggy fish fry is what I thought of. Same with the "chips". Soggy French fries essentially. However, the scotch eggs! They were spot on and absolutely delicious. For drinks, I ordered the firestone parabola (13.4%abv). Absolutely delicious beer that was smooth and abundant of coffee flavor and aroma. Other than the fish and chips being a let down, good and fun experience. Came here wanting to try something different and overall it was good. I wasn't overly impressed but definitely wasn't disappointed. Service was good and the food had great flavor. The pretzels were definitely our favorite as they were stuffed with cheese and had a cheese dip that was spicy and good. The reason for not giving it a 5 is simply because there was nothing that was overly impressive. It is a neat place, appears to be an old building and the restroom was a bit messy. They had TVs at each table or at least where we were sitting and the one at our table was dirty. It's a place we would come back to but not a place where we would go out of our way to come to since we live in Fountain. read more

Service was extremely slow even though I ordered online way ahead of time. I got my food and took it home and the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon and it was literally black cause of how burnt it was. Nothing on it but cheese though I asked for everything but tomato. Then when I called, I was promised a refund for the bacon (since it's extra) but never got refunded. So they burn your food, don't give you what you order, and don't follow through with refunds if you do have an issue. If I could give them zero stars I would. Never going back. read more

Great place to take a date. Craft beers, great desserts. Now the nachos have fresh sliced jalapeños on them and a great hot everything you think Irish nachos. They also have electronic trivia lots of televisions just a general good social feeling and atmosphere nothing is too loud no one gets to boisterous it's nice adult place to catch a drink and eat. Me and my husband went and tried this place out after hearing about it by word of mouth. When we first walked in we were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered an appetizer and got that in perfect timing too, I also ordered many martinis and the waitress was helpful. I ordered the salmon salad and it wasn't the best but my husband got an actual plate of food. We were on a road trip and decided to stop in Pueblo for lunch. I had picked Shamrock brewing because they had plenty of vegetarian options for my husband and seem to be dog friendly. We were warmly greeted and I ordered a stout, which was good, and my husband had a great sour beer, but I cannot rave enough about the Basil-Pesto Crusted Scottish Salmon served over sautéed artichoke hearts, spinach and roasted red peppers with Irish champ. I kid you not, this was the best salmon I've ever had in my life. This was one of the most delicious and flavorful dishes I've ever had where you could actually taste everything, including the salmon, the vegetables, the incredibly yummy and comfort, food, potatoes, And the wonderful coding. I was going to just eat half and save half for dinner, but I woofed the whole thing down. If you're into nasty S/M, the Shamrock Brewing Company is the place for you. Their experienced and professional wait staff will dish it out without remorse and mock you with a smile. You'll forget about the greasy food, once you experience what they have in store for you. It was a gratifying experience and my wife and I loved it, as first, they made us wait past the breakfast specials time until they were out of breakfast. Then they sent their best waiter with the most tact and experience who kindly informed us he didn't like us. Then to add insult to injury, he told us nobody wanted to serve us because we don't tip enough, even after we've eaten their slop for years and spent thousands of dollars there. They will still throw you out on the street. Amazing! (Pssst, they want tips that are as much as feeding an extra person.)They love to bust wallets. Two stars is too skimpy for a review, but five stars just isn't enough. I wish I could give them seventeen stars, or something for such an awesome, unforgettable S/M experience. First time eating here. We were very impressed with the service and how knowledgeable our server was about the food and drinks. She was attentive and prompt and friendly. We first split an order of Scotch eggs and they were great. I had the Irish Beef Boxty, it was fabulous! My husband had the Jameson Meat Loaf, superb. Both were served with a generous helping of vegetables that consisted of zucchini, yellow squash and sauté onions. The coffee is sourced from the roasters next door and it's so good! I had such a great dinner here last night! The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. We started with an order of Scottish eggs from the appetizer list. Scottish eggs are basically a hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage, coated in bread crumbs and fried. Oh and dip it in Dijon mustard for a culinary perfection! Yummy! For my entrée, I ordered chicken green chili Mac N' cheese with bacon. It was amazing. Even though their entire brewing operation is currently at a stand still (and for the foreseeable future) I was able to order one of their Red Irish Ales and it was fantastic! Smooth and delicious. I'm not a beer connoisseur but I know what I like! My bf and his dad each got a flight of 6 different beers to sample and they liked them all! Everyone loved their food and the service. Decent, not great, brew pub that I was happy to find in Pueblo. I'm normally about the beer and their Irish red ale is not bad. Irish porter is also OK but lacks body. Food is also important and Shamrock has a menu with a few enticing choices, most that you'd expect in an Irish bar. I chose the corned beef with cabbage and potatoes - pretty good, actually. It's a nice space and I saw they had a side room with a ton of seating. You can also sit outside on the sidewalk patio. I prefer sitting at the bar. However, Shamrock's bar seats are not comfortable at all. My back hurt after a short while. Probably should have moved to one of the two-tops. Good bar service. read more
