Should have checked it before I left, but I didn't know the customer had to do quality control. Fish was cooked quickly, like as soon as I ordered the food came out. The fish when I finally got to it seemed a bit tough, had no salt or seasoning on it. The fries were like bits and pieces put together as part of the combo. The shrimp was flavored but the batter didn't stick to them at all and they had a weird after taste. I think I have patronized them enough to have found memories from when they were at the beginning. You should never eat anything just to fill your stomach up after a bad meal.

Even with all that was going on, Sydney greeted me with a warm smile, made eye contact, asked how my day was going, and made me feel like a valued customer. She was friendly, engaging, and never seemed overwhelmed despite leading the team and keeping everything running smoothly. That's the kind of customer service that leaves a lasting impression. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I can definitely see why this place stays busy.
