They have a policy that I think all customers should be aware of, if they mess up on your order and give you the wrong thing they will request for that item to be returned to them. 99% of other restaurants do not do this because it is a health hazard and can get people sick. Does this mean that they put it back into the buffet or do they just put it in a warmer and give it to another person that orders that same item? Perhaps the best Nixa has to offer in Chinese but that's not saying much. I always order fresh off the menu rather than buffet. I ask them to prepare it fresh to order & not to plate off the buffet. The two of us can grab a fast and tasty dinner for less than $10 (can't say that about fast food burgers anymore). Ordered delivery. The wrong order arrived. I called and they argued with me about the order. They then said I needed to bring the order to them to show it was wrong and then they would remake it. I've noticed a lot of reviews are critical regarding the buffet - if you want to get a sense of this restaurant order from the menu we always order from the menu in the food is amazing the portions are correct it's incredible. My mom and I visit some times on Saturdays around 11:00 am. Buffet is all prepped and ready to go. Mom is pleased with the buffet. I order a child size cashew chicken snd find it filling and good. They do not take Discover card. Only MasterCard and Visa. read more

Most of the stuff was the regular mediocre Chinese buffet fare. But the rancid cashews are still fouling my taste buds. The food on the buffet was gross and old. I got a buffet togo and got home a and was unable to eat most of it. I called to complain and got hung up on the first time and told it was not their fault they food was bad on the bar and I should of picked something different. How am I suppose to know what's fresh. I shouldn't of went there anyway. I have seen them just add a couple new pieces too old food to make it look like they just put a fresh pan out but the don't they just leave the old stuff seating in the pan and never get rid of it hoping someone eats it so they don't have to throw it away. I have now stopped here a few times for to go orders which have always been wonderful and went there for the buffet last weekend. The selection is not as diverse as some restaurants, but the food is great and kept very hot which my wife loved! Their Mongolian grill was also excellent. I would give this place a -2 stars if I could. When my husband and I got there after being seated and ordering our drinks, we went to go wash our hands and the bathrooms were discussing and not stocked at all. There was dirt caked on the paper towel dispensers and the paper towel dispenser was jammed. After washing my hands again, I also noticed that the soap was almost out, there was no toilet paper and the trash was almost overflowing. So i told two of the ladies that work that there wasn't any toilet paper in the women's bathroom, and one of them replied "okay" and didn't bother to fix it. My husband and I started making our plates and I noticed the floor was a little slippery in sopts, some of the dishes had food still stuck to them, and that the food was dried out and not fresh. What food there was that there was barely stocked, and didn't look good at all. My husband ended up slipping on greasy spot on the floor and his plate went everywhere, he got up on his own just fine but after that we were just done with the place, and we left. I went to the drive thru for lunch. They told me to pull to the side and they'd bring it soon. 15 mins later I went to ask where it was. When I checked it, I saw the bag was dripping. One of the containers had spilled and made a huge mess, and when I complained, the server tried to blame me! The food was terrible. My pork egg foo yung looked and tasted like a soggy veggie burger!
