I'm only reviewing based on ordering take out and not physically eating there! My boyfriend said this is his favorite place for Chinese food. They do have a plethora of food options from more authentic Asian cuisine to your more "Americanized" cuisine. I got the beef chow fun and sweet and sour chicken. My boyfriend raves about their sweet and sour chicken, which I thought was good, but the beef show fun really lacked flavor. I kept having to add the soy sauce packets to my noodles. I also had a chance to try the chicken fried rice and it's kind of bland. When I think of fried rice, I think of color and flavor, but I had to add soy sauce and my friend kept adding soy sauce too. I would eat/order here again though to try other things!

The food at Shanghai Lily is really good. I had the Kung Pao chicken the last couple times I have been here and loved it. The chicken was all white meat and the sauce was spicy with a little sweetness. This is definitely one of the best Kung Pao chicken dishes I have ever eaten. I want to give this place more then three stars but each time I eat here the service is lacking. The last few servers have seen completely disinterested in any type of brief conversation beyond quickly taking your order and walking away. I might understand the lack of engagement if this place were busy and they are working hard to keep up; however each time I've been here, there were no other customers. Overall, great food with odd customer service.

Nicer inside than you'd think. Nice staff, great food, a real treat hidden away in a strip mall.

My son recommended this place to us. We did carry out. Food is absolutely delicious! The girl at the register is delightful!

Popped in on a weekday lunch and it was perfect! It was very quiet (plus for people looking for a…read morekick-butt lunch during the week!) Super friendly server and zero wait. Space is pretty but could use a fresh paint job (I'm being very nitpicking here). Cannot beat the lunch specials! It's $11 (if I remember correctly) for a soup and entree with either steamed or fried rice and the portions are full dinner portions. Everything was delicious! My companion got the special with chicken with vegetables and fried rice and a cup of egg drop soup. I got crab Rangoon (obsessed - they have the best I've ever had), salt & pepper dry pot chicken, and spicy wontons. My only complaint is a minor one but I didn't think the wontons were spicy at all. Next time I will ask for more spice. It's a solid choice for lunch or dinner and will definitely be back!

This location has changed hands a few times. Used to be different middle eastern restaurants but…read morethis latest incarnation is a Sichuan style restaurant. This was our second visit here -- it provides an efficient decor and service, and has both an American Chinese as well as Sichuan style Chinese food. This visit we got their fish filets in Sichuan spicy soup and their sautéed vegetables. The Sichuan spicy soup was delicious and has a good amount of heat. The stir fried vegetables were sautéed with garlic -- a bit on the bland side but pretty good and a good complement to the spice levels of the Sichuan fish. The quality and variety of Sichuan offerings in Columbus continues to grow, and Fiery Sky Asian Kitchen is the latest example of this. We will definitely be repeat customers here.
