Cannot cancel my membership, pretty sure the website has been hacked and the phone number they gave me to cancel membership is not even working. I have no way of contacting anyone and they cannot cancel it at the actual place of service , what is that ? ! I used to go when they had the two different locations but since the pandemic one has closed and the small kiosk is understaffed . Every time I have come here I've been more than satisfied. The first 2 times Renuka did my eyebrows. The first time I had let my eyebrows grow out because I had not touched them in over a year. I was pretty much just shading it a patch of hair but I was tired of always having to shade them in. I went to Renuka and told her I wanted them as thick as possible. She did tell me that I had some bald spots but she would work around them. I really liked them! I finally had a shape to my brows. Then again I let them grow out I also used castor oil on them every night like she suggested I do. The second time I went to her I loved them even more. They are much thicker and have a better shape. This last time I went I was nervous because Renuka was not there. Lucinda did my brows that day. Honestly I don't know who I like more now? Because my eyebrows look SOOOO GOOOD! I don't think I can trust any else with my brows. They are both amazing. Service is fast. The ladies are all nice. Only thing I don't like is how pushy they for you to buy a membership and their eyebrow products. read more

And the first thing you tell me is that you are closed. And tell me to come back tomorrow. When clearly you are still open. Why have hours of operation if you are not going to follow through. Also don't think I am trying to be an ass either. I work in food. Would you be upset if my hours said I was open till 10 but in reality we tell you 30 or 15 minutes before that we are closed? Was worried about stalling the process so I told them I would like my forehead and brows threaded, sat, and let her begin the process. After my forehead was done, she proceeded to NOT ask me how I wanted my brows shaped and sized, and just started threading them off. I now have the thinnest brows I've had since I over-tweezed them 3 years ago. They look like they belong in the non-romanticized version of the 1920's. Did not thread in between my brows either. I have requested my membership to be canceled since March and they continue to debit my account while all their locations are closed. Furthermore, they offer no real way of contact them. My problem with this company is that they CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW. i agreed to pay $11 a month for just eyebrow threading, but they sometimes sneak in a charge of $15.99 ive told this company multiple times that i dont want a membership with them then they still end up charging me $11 and sometimes more and today (even after i asked to exit their membership program in DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR 2018) i got a charge of $15.99 Today. I never asked her to do my upper lip...and since I thought it would be rude to stop her mid service, I let her continue. I've been coming here since they first came to the northridge mall. This used to be my go to place to get my brows done but that has officially changed. Never again! I went to the upstairs location at 6:15. I barley made list, they said they were cutting list because they're closing at 6:30. But wait doesn't the mall close at 7 on sundays? The entire time I was waiting they were too worried about closing the register, cleaning up, and rushing customer outta there. Once I was up and they finished my eyebrows it was 6:40. I wanted to get outta there Because I only had 20 mins to finish what I needed to do before the mall closed. Once in another store I looked in the mirror and realized my brows were messed up...bad! Now I know they say eyebrows are sister, not twins but mine weren't even remotely related to one another. One was thicker than the other. One had a higher arch. So I went to the downstairs location to try and see if I could get them fixed. It was 6:44 when I arrived and the first thing all three ladies say to me is we're closed. I explained my situation and asked if they can at least make them more even. One lady automatically replied "sorry if they're messed up your just gonna have to wait till they grow out" which was super annoying cuz I had grown them out so I could get them done today. That same lady then took a look at my brows and as she was looking a slow smile (not a good one, more like a wince) crept up on her face. Her face said it all, my brows were bad. She then proceeded to tell me they close at 7 and IF they got done with the remaining customers before 7 they would help me. What!? Are you serious. This made me made me not even wanna stay if the first time they messed them up what makes me think these ladies aren't gonna mess them up even more. The entire time I'm waiting 3 other customer came in trying to get services done because upstairs was closed and they told them to come to this location. It was ridiculous.
