I come to this place almost once a week. They make the best passion fruit mango green tea. Actually, all their fruit teas are excellent. When im not ordering my go to Passion Fruit and mango, i also get the hawaii tea and the trooical fruit tea. My kids love the wintermelon tea and the taro. I only wish they had a bigger space to hangout because we always come as a big group and theres not enough seating. My kids also enjoy the free Wifi!!! read more

I've tried several tea and boba places and this was my first time trying Sharetea. Was yummy and delicious!!!

So sharetea is one of my favorite spots for tea. I usually order the same drink everywhere I go, honey green milk tea with boba. I was excited to hear that a Sharetea was opening back in Chino Hills, after the one next to 99 Ranch on Chino ave. closed a couple years ago. Whenever i order a honey green milk tea, I always compare it to Irvine's Sharetea, which always tastes great. I was disappointed when i took a sip, because there was no tea flavor whatsoever and just tasted like milk, not to mention that it wasn't really that sweet either. Boba was really nice texture though, so at least there was a plus. Since it was just a soft opening, I hope they'll fix this soon, because I have high hopes for this place. I totally screwed this girl up today. Asked for 3 different custom things then got texts to change one thing which I asked her to change and she did. The boba is always well cooked and chewy and the tea is always well brewwed. The service is a bit slow however and the ice blended drinks are a bit pricy but everything else is nice. There are games to play and the chilled lofi beats bring a relax theme to this place, making it more enjoyable to drink. read more

I would think especially during this pandemic workers would use gloves. I am hoping there hands are clean . They only rinse the inside of the container and then the use it to mix the drink. Also witnessed worker using her fingers to clean the inside of the little shot glass they use. Then she reused it's for another drink. Also the person taking the order and money is touching the screen everyone else touches to sign, then continued without washing her hands to help make drinks. read more

This is a nice new boba place. I come here to get drinks at least once per week. However, I have experienced missing topping issue only from this boba place. I think the associates are not well trained. You should check your drinks before you leaving the store. read more

I am an avid fan of getting Sharetea here and there but this is my first time at this location and I was very disappointed. My friend told me this location just opened up and my experience here made it very obvious that it was new and the staff was inexperienced. Came in around 4 o' clock and it was very empty, and I was the first in line. I ordered 3 drinks and waited about 10-15 min for them to be made, watching four boys scrambling around reading the instructions and asking each other how to make every drink which was why it took so long. But it was fine, the wait was a little long for 3 drinks but it was not that big of a deal. However what made my experience very unpleasant was that one out of the three drinks was missing boba although it says I ordered boba on the sticker and the other was SO sugary it was undrinkable. Now, I am not a very picky person and I am hardly ever the type of customer to send it back to the kitchen. I suck it up and deal with it had it just tasted different than I had expected. But this time, it was just blatantly disgusting and the amount of sugar put into my drink must have been incorrect. I would know, I ordered my usual fruit tea. But this time, it tasted like I was taking SHOTS OF FRUCTOSE SYRUP. I mixed and mixed my straw around in the drink and took another sip. It still tasted like a cup of straight up sugar and nothing else. So I told this one employee in particular and he had to tell me as I told him the drink was way too sweet, that I "should ask for less sugar next time." So I say "sure ok, thank you" (although I've ordered it many times before I'll give you the benefit of the doubt). I asked for another drink instead, and as he made that one he had to repeat again, the same thing he told me before, "You should ask for less sugar next time so it's less sweet," and again, tells me one last time as he hands me the new drink... Yes, I understood you the first time you told me, even though like I said, I've ordered it many times before. I don't see the necessity in you telling me three times what I should do next time. Maybe you miscalculated the amount of times you pressed that fructose dispenser as you were scrambling reading the ingredients list on how to make this drink because clearly you don't know how it goes. Won't be visiting this location again until they've better trained their staff and aren't as lost. read more

Their blended taro is so far the best I've tasted, I was also able to switch d pudding to lychee jelly or any other jelly I prefer. Customer service is great and they seem to be happy working there and not being grumpy when serving you. Always my go to boba place and I can always get a discount with check ins. They also have loyalty stamps. What else can you ask for read more

The boba here is okay, I've been to 3 different locations. Torrance and Cerritos have never given me problems but this Chino Hills one is horrible. The cashier, a white guy in a baseball cap (receipt says Darrel) was so rude. First of all he was condescending and when I asked a question about the difference between two drinks he rudely responded "how would I know?" Ummm I'm pretty sure that if a customer asks about a drink you as the employee should know. The other girl behind the counter was nice though and she had to help him many times. In addition, the lady he was helping before me was telling him that he gave the wrong change and he argued with her very loudly. The same coworker had to come help him do simple math... I understand people make mistakes but he could have simply accepted but he proceeded to argue. Put your pride aside and own up to your mistakes, maybe learn some customer service etiquette too. He was mad at a previous customer and took it out on me. I won't be coming back. read more
