Great place to spend some time with your friends over a bubble tea. The service is quick, and the teas taste good. They have some unique combinations of teas that I haven't seen in columbus.

I was excited to try this place. The drinks were good, but nothing extraordinary. The service, however, was nonexistent. There was no human touch and the 5/6 people working had no time to acknowledge your presence. After walking in, I looked around on how to order. There are 2 kiosks to order from and 1 was broken. I found it odd that the top 10 drinks were not highlighted to order on the kiosk. I saw it later after I already made my order, because the printed chart was behind one of the kiosks, making it hidden. There were not many people when we walked in, but it still took 20 minutes to get our drinks. The place got even busier after we placed our order. When our order number was called our entire order was not there. Only one of the two drinks were there. We ended up waiting around for the second drink, but saw several others getting their full orders while we still waited on our's. Another 5 minutes later we got the second drink of our order. I had to ask to confirm it is, because they did not announce the order number again. As for the drinks, we got taro milk tea with pearls and lychee jelly and the qq happy family milk tea. It was nice you can adjust the ice and sweetness. We both got 80% sweetness and less ice, which was perfect. I always get taro milk, but I enjoyed the qq happy family drink. For the price point, I found the whole experience from placing our order to getting it chaotic and time consuming. To me it is not worth going again, as I have had no issues ordering at other boba places and at least they are able to talk to their customers.

Sharetea is a chain. I'm actually surprised it took so long to come to Columbus. I've been going for a long time to the location in Louisville, KY. Had to stop by since I was close by at Panera. It wasn't all that busy for a very hot and humid Saturday close to 2:30. A handful of people were in here, but not as busy as the one I go to back home where I usually see tons of people standing around outside and inside the place. It was nice and cool in there. It's a long elongated room. And the register is towards the back of the room. Shockingly, the menu has all the calories listed. WOW. I couldn't believe that just a regular black milk tea had 400 calories! I decided to opt for a fruit tea instead. I asked the gal at the register which fruit tea she liked and she recommended any of the kiwi aiyu jelly fruit teas. One option has peach in it, so I chose that and asked for it to be made with green tea. Refreshing! And light! At 50% sweetness, it was too sweet for me. I'll have to stick with 25% next time. Staff was friendly and I appreciated the selection of pop music in the background. You can order online to skip the line if you're not sure if it'll be busy! I'm sure I'll be back since this is the closest bubble tea spot to me!

Refreshing and not too sweet! The sizes of their drinks are also so generous :') Cute clean store and never too crowded

Checked out the new bubble tea shop in Columbus on their grand opening day. Thai milk tea- My favorite so far. It taste like a thick Thai tea condensed milk flavor to me. Okinawa milk tea with mini pearls- I was expecting more brown sugar taste but the black tea flavor is strong. Handmade taro fresh milk- chunks of taro blended with milk and some ice (but it's not ice blended drink)...it's like drinking milk and chewing on the chunks of taro. It would be better if there's mashed taro. Matcha red bean ice blend with ice cream- would have been better if it has a smooth consistency. You can substitute the toppings and I would highly recommend their mini pearls. This is the only bubble tea shop in Columbus that has them and they are soft and chewy. I left the Okinawa milk tea with mini pearls in the fridge for a few hours and the pearls are still soft!

Great! I still remember first seeing this store front when shopping at Park to Shop nearby. Been here several times since their grand opening and have had all positive experiences! Employees have been friendly and cheerful--even when the lines were long. They always remember to ask about your punch card. Drinks come out in a timely manner. Most importantly, they're delicious. They always ask about sweetness and ice levels. I've enjoyed both their milk and fruit teas with 50% sugar and regular ice. All drinks are $6 or less with toppings. An enjoyable treat!

Came here for their grand opening. The bogo event wasn't like what I expected as it's buy a drink and get an exact same one for free. Can't even have different toppings on those drinks too... Which was kind of a bummer.. The matcha ice blended was done poorly.. they didn't blend it well as I can still taste the powder and every sip has crushed ice in them. I would say Kungfu Tea has better ice blended drinks. At least they ensure it's smooth and you won't be chewing on ice with every sip. Kudos to their small pearl though. It's real soft and chewy. Would probably come back again for those small pearls.

I love how the owner responds to negative reviews, it's quite entertaining! I recently stopped by to order some drinks at this place (not my first time, but haven't in months). I didn't receive a greeting when I walked in, as many others mentioned in their reviews, but I'm from NY so I'm used to poor customer service. I went straight to the kiosk to order. For the milk green tea, there was no option to add toppings even though the menu clearly stated that toppings could be added for 75 cents. I didn't mind paying extra, I just really wanted the topping. I ended up choosing the pearl milk green tea which was 75 cents more (cost of a topping) and requested mini pearls. For the peach green tea, I didn't like the aiyu jelly so I asked for aloe instead. The worker informed me that substitutions were not allowed so I asked if I could pay extra to add the toppings I wanted to both drinks, but unfortunately, that wasn't allowed either. I asked if I could user eh classic milk green tea and pay extra for the topping and she said it's a preset and the drinks can only come the way they are that's why there was no option on the kiosk. I found this strange because I've been able to do this in the past at this location and other Sharetea locations (they just charge me the 75 cent manually). The owner's response to another review also stated that topping modifications were allowed if you paid extra. I ultimately decided to go without toppings for the green tea, and settled for regular pearls in the milk tea. The whole time the worker told me that I could only get the green tea WITH the aiyu jelly and an additional topping but I couldn't remove the jelly even if I paid, and that's a management decision. Since the owner loves reviewing the camera, please do. I asked if I could pay extra multiple times (my exact words were I don't mind paying extra) and asked why, each time I was told it was management and drinks were preset even with paying. I didn't give them a hard time at all and opted for no aiyu jelly completely and stayed with the classic pearls instead of mini pearls. Being Taiwanese, I've visited Sharetea locations in Taiwan and North America, and I have never encountered this type of issue before. Asian hospitality tends to be more accommodating, so it was surprising to experience such inflexibility at this particular location. It's not a critique of the entire store chain, just this specific location.

Anyone who knows me probably knows that I am on a quest to sample all the ramen and boba places. So here's my review on one of the newest boba places that just opened in columbus! They really shine in the wide range of toppings and I have been here a few times to test it out. Since they just opened and a lot of the staff seemed new, the wait times can be longer than typical boba places. But you know they are sticking to the recipes with them using weighing scales and checking the charts ever so often! So don't pop by if you are on a rush. It is more of a chat with friends while waiting for boba kind of place! My favourite out of all the teas would probably be the Okinawa milk tea. Would recommend minipearls with it since they have the best mini-pearls in the city! But wait. How does it compare to the other boba places? Well good question! It is definitely top tier in cbus just for their minipearls and decent tea!

Large consistent chain. Pricing is better than other places and size also seems larger. Pearl milk tea flavor seemed stronger than the taro flavored tea. Decor is basic and less cutesy than other bubble tea joints, so not really a "hanging out" kind of place. More of a get your tea and go joint. I do like the choice to adjust sweetness and amount of ice in your drink, and it doesn't seem to change the amount of drink you get.

I have seen Share Tea restaurants in other states before but I haven't tried their bubble teas. Nothing can beat a cold drink in a hot summer day. We ordered two drinks to share: taro milk drink (80% sweetness and less ice, thai milk tea (50% sweetness and less ice). Their bobas were so fresh and chewy! There were so fresh that they were slight warm. The flavors were great for both drinks. I will definitely get more boba drinks from this chain restaurants.

Small pieces of trash all over the ground

I never leave reviews but I had to. As someone who used to work at a bubble tea shop, cleanliness is incredibly important. I came in right when the store opened and there was trash all over the ground underneath the tables and it didn't seem like they had cleaned the tops of the tables. I then went to the bathroom and it was also pretty gross. I understand a place looking like that after it's been open for a bit, however the state of the store was gross upon opening. I love their tea and unfortunately had to leave because I couldn't imagine myself finishing my finals in an unsanitary shop :(

Unfortunately, the few other experiences I've had here since my last review have been similar: the tea is brewed too strongly/for too long, resulting in very drying, borderline metallic tea. Tried the mango milk tea today to try something new, and it was nothing special, very light mango taste. I am pretty sensitive to caffeine, but it's not normal for me to shake as much as I did and get a headache from drinking a fourth of the drink. TMI but this last drink ran right through me. It's a laidback place to hang out with friends, but I don't really recommend it and will definitely not be going out of my way to come back.

Our last visit we were blown away at how fresh and well baked everything was. Even the oatmeal was smooth and creamy. The servers were also so happy to help us select items and tell us about the products. This time, we were an afterthought and seemed liked a nuisance for not knowing what we wanted. I felt like the pastry selection was small compared to the location we went to before. The breakfast sandwich was really thrown together- the last time it was warm and cohesive with a good amount of sauce and the eggs were so fluffy and light. This time very rubbery. The croissant I had was raw/doughy although well flavored. Oatmeal was one big clump versus smooth and velvety. The strawberry matcha was super sweet with almost no "matcha" layer. Our cinnamon roll was over baked with no delicious gooey bits. Seemed like an affluent neighborhood which will support this addition, but maybe an instance where expansion is happening at the expense of quality.
