Really happy to see Sharetea opening up a location in Lake Oswego! Store was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. Everyone seemed well-trained for the opening. One gender neutral bathroom in the back. Lots of chairs lined up against the wall available for customers to wait so that everyone isn't all crowded next to the counter waiting for their drinks. Milk tea was rich with tea flavor and boba was made fresh, chewy and soft. Overall, really impressed with the overall quality and service at this location! Average price for drinks range between $4-$5.50 depending on how many toppings you add. Really happy with my visit. Will now be my go to boba location! read more

I'm so thankful a good boba place opened up in Lake Oswego! We usually get the hot taro boba, fresh milk tea, and all the ice teas are all really good! I'll be trying more flavors since they are so close to my house. They also carry milk alternatives which is a plus in my book! read more

I don't want to damage business here at all, I rather, felt morally obligated as a civic duty and member of the community to inform the business about this. I rarely ever write reviews too. I would've called but they are closed and it wasn't until the end of my drink that I found this. I spit out something that felt like a fingernail in my mouth and not just the remains of the lemon that was in the drink, and once it fell in my hand I quickly realized it was a fingernail.. It was yellowed down by the lemon, but it was by all means a fingernail. I understand how this might get in there- staff probably don't use gloves when making the drinks. This made me analyze the way I handle my own food. I just think it's important to note because I really love the tea there and it was a pleasant experience with the customer service and workers. The tea was delicious as well. I would be coming out here but because of this situation I'm just a tad put off. I'm sorry and I feel bad because it was really yummy tea and I know it's a fairly new establishment. This is hopefully/probably just a fluke and overall would be a 5 star rating. read more

It maybe isn't life changing, but if you're looking for a local boba shop with nice flavors I would recommend going here! I have been a regular customer at the Lake Oswego Sharetea location. However, I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday because of a lychee jelly issue. I purchased a milk blended drink that comes with lychee jelly for my elderly friend who has serious medical issues. I asked if I could have the lychee jelly put on my drink instead because I was concerned with her choking. Sharetea employees emphatically denied my request and said I have to pay extra for adding lychee jelly to my drink. I feel like I was being gouge for mere cents worth of lychee jelly. Totally doesn't make sense when I have paid for the lychee jelly for one drink and they can't just put it in a different cup. I was so upset that I just cancelled my drink. After I got my friends drink, even though the tag on said no lychee jelly, it was put in the drink anyway and my elderly friend DID choke on it. It will take a long time for me if I would even return to Sharetea again. I hope they would consider if it was worth losing a customer because of this policy! read more

I am so so so happy that thy are still open during this pandemic! Sharetea is literally the only good boba place around in lake Oswego. Staff are always friendly and their boba texture are always consistent (nice and chewy)! Came in yesterday and ordered multiple fresh milk black tea drinks all subbed to almond milk. The girl who handed me my drinks (taller with dark brown pixie cut hair) gave me one with whole milk. Went home and did not realize that she handed us the wrong drink. My son drank it and was in the bathroom the rest of the day. He is super lactose intolerant. Really good boba here! The staff was very helpful and polite, and the bubble teas were made well. Boba was smooth, slightly sweet, and chewy, with no hard/grainy texture. The tea itself was mixed well with no chunks of powder/flavor. We ordered the coffee milk tea and the Hokkaido milk teas, and were very pleased with them. I go to Sharetea frequently, and today was the first time having a bad experience. The girl with short black hair was BEYOND rude. I asked a couple questions and she rolled her eyes and walked away (so someone else had to come over and answer). I like coming here and I appreciate the place being open so I continue my studies with a snack + drink beside me! It's always a hit or miss with the employees. Every once in a while I'll get grumpy cashiers who just don't seem excited to help me and DONT greet me either. I'm sure it's the pandemic but I've also heard they're just very short staffed!
