I've always been a fan of this Sharetea store but yesterday I was disappointed at it after seeing two kids, after waiting in line for quite some time, couldn't buy any drinks because this store would accept cash but wouldn't give back any change. Sharetea is one of my fave bubble tea places and my boys love it too! I enjoy both their green and oolong tea with grass jelly. Their teas are freshly brewed and I can taste it! Located in a shopping plaza just off the Crow Canyon exit on 680, it's a convenient location to easily grab bubble tea with ample amounts of parking. For COVID, they have 3 people max in the store at a time (masks required). They also have good barriers to separate the workers and the customers. The cashier also operates the tablet that they use to accept payment, so it's a contactless experience. I ordered the Peach Tea with Aiyu Jelly and was pleasantly surprised. It's a pretty big size given the price and the tea is nice and flavorful. However, it's not something that's going to really blow you away. If you're in the mood for bubble tea, this is a solid spot that won't let you down, but at the same time won't really stand out to impress you. read more

I am honestly mad at myself for not going to Sharetea sooner. WHY?! I am hooked on the flavorful and fresh drinks. I have enjoyed the crema drinks and a the ice blended drinks. These are very tasty. I keep wanting to try new drinks because so far everything takes great, I can't be disappointed. The sharetea in Dublin closed and I miss it. I came here for my go to mango green milk tea with mini pearl. The pearls were soft and the service was quick. When I was out on another one of my bubble tea runs, I somehow stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. I really enjoy the different flavor combinations that they have with the various teas. Mango green milk tea? Yes please! And yes, it was as delicious as it sounds. Sharetea has really been popping up everywhere, as they are in direct competition with T4 as the main chain business that sells boba milk tea. If you been to a Sharetea before, this place is exactly the same, but with a few positive differences. This specific San Ramon location's menu items are all 29¢ more expensive than the other Sharetea's; but their prices includes the sales tax, which actually makes their drinks less expensive than the other locations. They are also part of the FiveStars Reward program. As for their store hours, they're open everyday at 11am and 10am on weekends; whereas they closed everyday at 9:30pm, except on Friday & Saturday where they stay open till 11pm. For some odd reason, this particular Sharetea is very strict in mentioning that their bathroom is for customers only. People can easily use the bathrooms at Safeway, Chipotle and CVS for free. This isn't SF, where you have a lot of homeless or transients that will use businesses' bathrooms without purchasing anything and getting their bathrooms messy. About three months ago, I wrote a review of this place and gave them three stars due to the lackluster customer service I received. But after tonight's visit, I am upping it to four stars due to the night crew's good work. The female cashier was polite and engaging. After she took my order, I sat down and watched the entire crew at work. It seemed like they (the cashier and two other male crew members) worked well as a team. I saw great hustle from everyone. Also, the interactions between the crew and other customers left a great impression on me. Based on that, I am giving them an extra star. I've come to Sharetea a few times after doctor's appointments since I moved to CCC, and have enjoyed grabbing boba before I hop on 680 to drive back to Walnut Creek. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish they served food like my beloved Mr. Green Bubble does. I've had the ginger milk tea with honey/pearl boba at 50% sweet and the QQ Happy Family drink. I've heard that they let you omit/replace items for the Happy Family drink, which is good since the grass jelly was too bitter for me (but I was curious what it tasted like, so I'm glad I tried it!). I've been to both the San Ramon and Concord locations, and SR easily wins due to consistency of taste, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness. They also follow Covid protocols and only let 3 people into the store at a time. I've never had to wait a long time/at all to go inside, as they seem to be good at getting people in/out quickly. Can't wait to go back, and I will give a 5th star if food (especially sesame balls) is added to the menu! read more

I owe Kevin an update on my review as it's been some time now. So here it is! Sharetea has become one of my go-to boba spots in San Ramon. No other boba place has BoGo (Buy One Get One Free) offers and I love a deal. Then you ask, "But why not 5 stars?" Well, at one point there was a 5 star moment and then there seemed to be a change in folks working there. The quality seemed to be inconsistent depending on who made your drink. The boba sometimes is very sweet to not sweet at all to the right consistency to slightly undercooked but I haven't gotten overcooked boba which is good! Also depending on who's there, the person can be very knowledgeable of the drinks and tell you right away if sweetness can or cannot be changed which is VERY helpful. Perhaps the menu can indicate this so that it takes the responsibility away from the staff. Still everyone is very friendly and service is quite fast. I think there's just been some recent changes, so I'm seeing improvements. Again, it won't stop me from coming and I'll again change my review if things change. I'm definitely a fan. read more

Updating my review since ive been here at least 20 times since they've opened, i like this location more than the other ones since they have a BOGO deal. What other boba places have BOGO deals. They also offer my FAVORITE COFFEE MILK TEA for BOGO. I cant drink 2 coffee milk teas by myself but i can share with my brother or boyfriend. Sharing is caring . Ive recently tried their mango crema, strawberry black tea crema ( which tastes like strawberry ice cream amazingness ). Sesame milk tea, ginger milk tea slightly spicy, not so strong ginger taste. A personal and local favorite! Having exhausted my milk tea appetite during the T4 boom a couple summers ago, this was my first time having milk tea in a couple of years. I'd instead been ordering tea and longan/jujube/wintermelon type drinks at milk tea places. Sharetea makes a pretty good Wintermelon drink (I get mine 0% ice 0% sweet with Aloe Vera) but since I actually opted for the Coffee Milk Tea (0% ice 0% sweet with Aiyu Jelly) this time, I thought I'd check in with a review. This was my first time trying both the Coffee Milk Tea and the Aiyu Jelly. Even without sweetness it was very satisfying and tasted exactly like it's name suggests. The Aiyu Jelly was very pleasant--slightly citrusy but reminded me of fig--and complimented the drink surprisingly well. I would order the same drink again. In my experience, the baristas at this location are always friendly and efficient. The interior is pretty small, so definitely plan to grab and go. As a rule, I prefer Sharetea and rank them pretty highly against other chains in the area because to me their drinks taste fresher. That being said, their drinks do run sweet and I would consider reducing your normal sweetness level. They're also slightly more pricey and their only come in one size (probably what would be a large). Also keep an eye out for their drink specials! The wait is over! The Sharetea in Diablo Plaza is finally open! I'm glad they accept the Fivestars card, just like Kung Fu Tea inside Pleasanton Ranch 99. Location wise Sharetea is far more convenient for me compared to T4 on Alcosta. This location is pretty small with very limited seating, so its more conducive for take-out. They do have a nice wall-sized poster showing some of their moat popular drinks, so its worth looking first. I got the Honey Aloe for the wife and the Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea for myself - all default ice and sweetness. Both drinks pretty good. I actually like the Hokkaido a bit better - has a smooth, almost caramel-like aftertaste. read more

I had to come in after Poke Don for a passion mango fruit green tea 50% sweet with less ice to help wash down my meal. I'm a regular at many Sharetea locations and familiar with the menu. I was surprised that they open at 10a.m. because all the others open at 11 or 12. The customer service is nice and fast. The girl working the counter whose name I don't remember told me that during the weekdays they get really busy when the open from customers from all the businesses around them. This is good info to know so I don't show up during those times and days for an early fix. I was pleased with the service that I shall return. read more

First time at a Sharetea location and am quite content with their boba creations! Not a ton of people here but the staff was friendly and helpful during our time here. They have a ton of options! The drinks a little pricier but I think the sizes of their drinks are also slightly larger. For example, T4 offers cheaper boba drinks but their cups are on the smaller side. At least compared to the ones at Sharetea. What I like about Sharetea is that they have fresh taro drinks! My brother ordered one when we came here, and the taro tasted extremely fresh. My matcha green tea creama was stellar. I didn't make any modifications to it, though, and should have toned down the sweetness. It was too sweet as it was. read more
