This skillet has potential, presentation and flavors were good, will really improve once the kitchen staff is trained on what a jalapeño is, how to cook it, and what proper portion sizing is. I walked over to Burger brothers in the casino only to find they were closed, so I went to the buffet and they were closed also at 6pm on a Monday. Three tries to eat dinner, three strikes, a 1-star because I can't do zero.
