They didn't need sauce but it just elevates the flavor. Their jerk sauce is more garlicy than brown sugar sweet to me which is perfect for me. It's definitely not out that jar. Macaroni is good and cheesy with black pepper throughout. The cabbage is not the spiciest by far but almost had a sweet taste without much crunch. So good I didn't get a pic. Sorry. The service is fast and helpful with the menu for people who haven't been before. I have never sat to eat inside or am even sure if they have dine in seating. The entire boil needs more seasoning cooked into the seafood and vegetables--not just added afterward. A heavier Cajun dry seasoning and deeper flavor infusion would go a long way. New Orleans is my second home, so yes, my standards for seafood boils are high. But this just missed the mark. If I came back, it would be for the drinks, lamb chops, and appetizers.
