    This shop is the real deal. They have some of the most competitive deals on official San Jose Sharks merchandise, both online and in store. The store experience is perfect - everything is easy to find, and staff is friendly. I bought a jersey today from them and the sales clerk told me it was on sale when he rang me up at the register. Great store to go to if you're a San Jose Sharks fan, throughout my life I have gone to several Sharks game at the SAP center aka the sharks tank or where the sharks swim. The lines are extremely long on game days, but since today was an off day for the Sharks, I was the only customer in the store @ around 11:30. I try to come to this pro shop as much as possible to stock up on Sharks gear - thank you and I recommend shopping here, helpful tip: if you find merch cheaper online they will price match it.

    Mady, Jennifer, and Anna were super awesome! Selection here much more than online. Had to exchange a sweater size and it took less than 1 min. These ladies were awesome!

    To have your jersey stitched, it's $80 but that's not the downside, the downside is having to wait 3 weeks for it to be completed! I was astounded when I was told the wait time. This season is already short, I don't want to go 3 weeks w/o my jersey - unfortunately and sadly, I am going to wait till the season is almost over to do it. This is a very small store outside HP Pavilion but for a crazed fan that wants anything Sharks-related, it'll do. You'll see racks of baseball caps on your right as soon as you walk in. Next to the racks, on the floor will be basket full of baseball caps and beanies that are on sale. I really tried to make the baseball cap happen but my face and shape of my head just won't allow it. I noticed signed photographs, license plates, scarves, socks.. just about anything you can think of. Keychains and smaller trinkets are behind the counter. I bought a top that was on sale for $17.99. I was so thrilled that I fit an extra small. My normal size: small or extra small but I get giddy each time I get an extra small. I was about to buy another jersey despite the cost (nearly $300) but everything that I tried on looked like a nightgown for me. I can deal w/ a slightly loose fit but I am not trying to look like a hoodlum; extremely baggy wear. Blech. The good news is that the children's jersey is about $100-$130 cheaper and I fit it! I fit their small! They didn't have the jersey I want though. I already have the black one, I would like the white one. A jersey is like an investment for me so spending that amount of money, I better get what I want so I had to hold off on that purchase. A few toddler/infant wear, sweaters, sweatshirts, long-sleeve tops, and tank tops... I will make a stop here at least once a month to build my collection. Eventually I would like to have each jersey adorned w/ my favorite players' name: - #29 Clowe - #39 Couture - #26 Handzus - #10 Desjardins - #1 Griess - #31 Niemi - #3 Murray (for that ass kicking fight against Clifford this past Saturday) Food + Sports = Poor Tram. P.S. I'll see you guys on April 1st. Kill the Sedin brothers!!!

Another worker came by and asked other people if they needed help. I had to flag him down to get help. I basically did research using Gemini about what to buy as no one wanted to help. So I had the guy just get me the boots I picked with Gemini in two sizes. Then I had to get him to help me decide which of the two sizes to pick and he seemed reluctant to help. I finally got him to check where my toe was in the boot and advise me. I was very tempted to just buy them online more cheaply but was nice and gave them my business. I let folks there know I wasn't getting good customer support but no one did anything about it. I asked for a bag when I checked out and they said they don't give bags anymore. I was also going to get hiking socks from them but decided to get those online because my generosity in buying from them just extends so far.

What should have been a routine return of a few online-purchased items quickly escalated into a humiliating, disrespectful, and frankly alarming incident that has left a lasting negative impression of the Columbia brand. Upon arriving at the store to process the return, the cashier was immediately rude and dismissive. Rather than assisting us courteously, he treated me with suspicion and hostility, as though I were attempting something fraudulent. Without offering any explanation, he called over additional staff to inspect the return -- making me feel publicly scrutinized and accused, without cause. The situation worsened dramatically when the store manager, who identified himself as Donovan, got involved. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. When we asked for clarification about why we were being treated so poorly, he claimed--incorrectly--that we were attempting to return more than 10 items, which was simply not true. He then demanded to inspect my phone to verify the credit card used for the online purchase. While I cooperated in good faith to resolve the situation, he proceeded to browse through private sections of my phone, including my account information and unrelated order history, without my permission. When I objected to this blatant invasion of privacy, his response was dismissive and increasingly hostile. When I rightfully asked for an apology for the incorrect accusation and invasive behavior, he escalated the situation further by threatening to call mall security to remove us from the store, effectively weaponizing his position rather than resolving the matter professionally. He also declared that he could refuse service at will, regardless of company policy or customer rights. He then flatly denied the return without legitimate grounds. This incident was not only humiliating and disrespectful -- it was a violation of basic customer rights and personal privacy. We have never been treated in such an aggressive and unethical manner by any retail staff in our lives. The conduct displayed by both the cashier and the manager was hostile, unprofessional, and deeply damaging to the Columbia brand. We have filed a formal complaint with Columbia's corporate office (Case #000552987), but I feel it is important to stress the severity of this matter. If this is how customers are treated for simply making a return, I can no longer in good conscience support or recommend Columbia products.

First, I came to the store because I want to do return. At the same time, I found other item that I wanted to purchase. Then, I asked the staff to do return and purchase separately. It seemed like she asked the manager some questions regarding the return. Next, she did the return and purchase in one receipt. Done, I left the store. A week later, I changed my mind and wanted to return 1 item (on that same return and purchase receipt) and noticed only store manager can authorized the refund. He came to the counter and got explained from his staff about I was using store credit to purchase. He started giving me hard time. He did not deliever a professional customer service skill nicely nor problem solver to customer. He was yelling at me and asked "Do You Know What Are You Talking About" in front of lot of other customers. I tried to explain the confusion of returning and purchasing on same receipt using store credit. He ignored what I was trying to explain. He kept underlying item on the receipt and asking me lot of questions. He gave me the feeling that he looked down on me cause I am Asian while he is white. I felt that I got discriminated by him. To store manager, I come to purchase, and I am not begging for anything. Please, act as an adult and be professional to suite your title. To Columbia: great products, but bad managing staff crew.
