The food was horrible, overpriced and the staff was rude. Very crowded also. It cost almost $5.00 for a soda.

The café and barroom is big and spacious with plenty of places to sit; at the bar, at a table OR at a counter that runs all along the glass wall giving you an up close view of the cat interaction section. I would have loved to spend some time in there but my husband didn't want to pay the fee this time. It's okay as I know we'll be back one day. We snacked on a blueberry scone and a savory soft pretzel. My husband was happy to indulge in his favorite beer on tap (Truth) and I had a Smelly Cat Frappe. They have all kinds of adorable merchandise for sale. Many special events here too. The staff were very welcoming, cheerful, and happy to chat. Plan a visit soon!

I'm not big on coffee shop beverages, but their food menu really sparked my curiosity. They had some bao bun variations on special that I absolutely needed to try. They asked that I find a seat while they prepared the food. I loved each of them so much, they were all very different from each other, but so beautifully and thoughtfully crafted. As I waited for the food, I got to soak up the ambiance, which was just as memorable and wonderful as the food. I loved the different vibes of each floor: all tranquil but still distinct. I got to people watch a couple on their first date, a father and son reunion, and a setup for a tea party. All in an enchanting atmosphere as I enjoyed my bao! Definitely try this place if you are in the area! You are sure to fall in love as I did.

The whole aesthetic is calm, intentional, and absolutely Instagram-worthy (but in the best, most authentic way). I ordered a pot of their loose-leaf Parvati's Happiness and got to enjoy it with a tea pet! Such a fun and meditative experience; watching the tea pour over the tiny ceramic figure felt both playful and peaceful. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the craft of tea; they walk you through the ritual without being pretentious. Food-wise, the miso sesame vegan bagel sandwich blew me away. The cashew chili oil cream cheese was next-level; creamy, a little spicy, and perfectly balanced with the nutty miso sesame flavor. It's one of those dishes that makes you forget it's vegan because it's just that satisfying. Customer service was wonderful too; friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. If you're into mindful tea experiences, beautiful spaces, and creative plant-based food, this spot is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Sit by the windows and people watch, or snag a booth and have lunch. The staff at Booksellers is very friendly and eager to help. If you're a traveler and are in need of travel necessities (phone chargers, Advil, other basics) this is a great place to swing by. The only downside to the café is that the food is a bit overpriced. The ham and brie croissant is delightful, and the cauliflower salad is a great side. The flatbreads are a safe choice and they also have grab-and-go parfaits and bakery items. One of my favorite tables in the shop (towards the front), is always filled with gag gifts and funny coffee-table reads. Booksellers is charming and a great spot to get your morning fix, or to drop in and get some work done. tl;dr: It's a bookstore, it's a coffee shop. Drink coffee. Read books.
