After re-mounting the sink and sealing it with plumbing caulking, the sink functioned like new. For the plumbing job, the price was very reasonable. They arrived on-time (around 0830), were neat in their work, cleaned up after the work, and did an outstanding job with my requested work. They also do other types of plumbing work, which I will use them in the future, e.g., anode rod replacement, etc. Good job, Josh & Joseph!

It's worth mentioning, my electric bill has decreased from $250/month to $55/month. So, this job will eventually pay for itself in monthly savings and rebates. They are scummy salesmen…read more I'm having a few issues with the water filtration system at a rental home I own, so I called to have a technician come out and take a look. He spent an hour talking about how great their new systems are, but after he left, I realized the water fill line for the salt tank wasn't even attached, which might explain why the unit isn't working properly. I would expect a water filtration technician performing a maintenance check to notice that a critical water line was disconnected, but everyone makes mistakes. So I called them back and scheduled a 2-4 PM window for someone to come out and hopefully fix the issue. I even received a call at 8:00 AM confirming the appointment. Then, at 3:00 PM--an hour into the arrival window--the owner of the company called me, confused about the issue, and said they don't fix units like mine. He told me I need a new unit because of an error code, and that NO ONE was actually scheduled to come out. The only reason they came out for an estaminet was to convince me to buy a new unit classic bate and switch BS. They had no intent to help me fix my unit at all. I planned my whole day around this appointment. The owner seemed confused why I did not just want to buy a new unit. Call me crazy, but I don't want to spend thousands of dollars if all I have to do is replace a 3-dollar plastic water line. It is like getting a flat tire, and the mechanic is trying to sell you a new car. just slimie as all hell.

After talking to a couple of plumbers that we use in the Custom Homebuilding company I work for and making no progress, I remembered Crandall's and decided to give them a call. Since it wasn't an emergency, I scheduled the appt for a Monday morning. After explaining the situation, I was told the team would be out with a snake and camera equipment. Hector worked diligently to diagnose the problem. They were able to get a great understanding and explained the issue and repair, and provide a quote within minutes, which due to how well it was explained and showing me the video images, I quickly approved. They said they would start the next day. After asking if I had any other issues, I had them change out a cartridge in one of my showers that was stuck due to non-use. Day two was excavation and discovery, and even with all the complications, Hector calmly explained that he anticipated most of it and even with a couple of related issues, he said he could handle it all. Work included jackhammering a footing and removing a large tree root, that were crushing my main line, installing a two way clean-out, replacing the damaged section and hydro-jetting my entire mainline. All major work was done in one day, but they did have to come back on Wednesday to back fill and cap off the clean-outs. When they were done the area was just as nice as it was before the work. We discussed the ongoing maintenance to assure it doesn't get to this point again, and after 10+ years of being on my mind, I finally feel good with the plumbing issues with my home. Service of this kind is worth every dollar. Thanks to Hector, Edgar and the support team at Crandall's. They will be my first and last call from here on out.

The primary issue is the staff. There is a specific attendant who is incredibly badgering and rude. Instead of providing assistance, they seem focused on hovering, supervising, and talking down to customers. Every time I have raised legitimate concerns; such as the brush/nozzle on the degreaser solution being clogged;I was met with attitude rather than help. To make matters worse, the equipment is frequently malfunctioning. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't work, only to be met with hostility from an employee when you bring it to their attention. If you enjoy being treated poorly and paying for broken equipment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere

A good friend of mine referred this company for me and I did call them because my walking cooler broke down. they answered the phone right away I spoke with Mina. he tried to go with me over the phone to help get the cooler running. Sharony HVAC did a great job. Very professional company with excellent service and prices. They not only did the installation and fixed the problem but they took the time to explain how to run everything and gave us many tips on how to be more energy efficient. We've been using Econo Air for several years now. We had a new HVAC system installed 4 years ago…read moreand are on their maintenance plan. It's a family-run business and owner Mike is an engineer -- he's extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve long-standing issues we had for years with the previous company and system (rooms that never seemed to heat or cool; incorrectly sized unit and returns; etc etc). In fact, our old system was such a tangled mess and hard for maintenance techs to get at: Econo Air installed the new system in a sensible way that makes it easy for their techs to reach and work on if necessary. The system performance is amazing now: it's one of those things where we had to kick ourselves for not getting the problems solved years ago. All in all very pleased with their service and fully trust their judgment. Our 30 year old blown-in attic insulation had become less effective with age, so we had them remove it, sanitize the attic and blow in fresh insulation. We discovered a minor issue after the work was done but they came right back out the next day and made it right. They are also up to date on various tax rebate incentives and provide the necessary certificates to make it easy for you to get your rebate at tax time. We see that there are some negative reviews here, but that hasn't been our experience: all in all our highest recommendation.

Update: It has been over 10 days since Econo Air commented…read morehere saying they would reach out to make it right. The fact is they DID NOTHING. No yelp message. No call. Just faking it. ~~~Original Comment ~~~ We gave them a $20k project only to get scammed and screwed. Long story short: They replaced a furnace and recommended adding zoning. They also did the maintenance of the A/Cs. 6 months later, both A/C units broke together. Since both of my A/C units are old, we decided to replace them. We called 4 other companies for quotes. They all told us the zoning this company did was completely unnecessary, and they did it WRONG on purpose. Scam#1, For a house that already have 2 system, you do not need zoning. I have one for first floor and one for second floor. $20K down the drain. Scam#2, They took out the factory control boards of the new Lennox Furnace and Motor. With those two Econo Air boards put in, no other contractor can work on my systems. We ended up having to replace them. $4800 loss. Scam#3: Their own branded zoning control panel does not have the capacity to go from 0% -100% power, which means even though zoning was added, if we only turn on 1 zone of many, our entire system will still go 100% power. Not only does it save us $0 on electronic bills as they promised, but it also created too much pressure within the system with many dampers closed at the turned-off zones. That pressure could have caused the leak in both A/C systems so they went down together. The zoning system needs an "Exit" for the extra pressure. They did not do the "Exit" for the pressure. Scam#4, They even removed the factory board of the Lennox motor with their own board, same as the Lennox furnace board, SO NO OTHER COMPANY will be able to service it. We will have to replace the new Lennox furnace because of that. That is a $4800 cost. 3. The brand new coil they put in 6 months ago only works with the Refrigerant California is ruling out. All the new California state-approved units will not work with the coil I paid for only 6 months ago. All other companies were shocked they did that. 4. We spent 10 days in a hot house while waiting for quotes from other companies and get the new installation done. Remember this happened after Econo Air performed the maintenance 6 months ago. Do not be fooled by Costco's reputation. I hired them because I trusted Costco. That was a big mistake. Costco takes a big share from the projects. That only makes Econo Air price much higher.

We purchased a HVAC system for more than $10,500 from him which he incorrectly installed in our home. Not only did he not fess up to his mistake, but he sold us other options to make more profit from his mistakes. After spending additional thousands more with no resolution, we paid for 4 other HVAC companies to come by our home for a second opinion and all agreed that Chris and his company played us hard. Not only did he install incorrectly, lied and offered us other options for more money, damaged our properties (see pictures attached) and then GHOSTED us when we asked him for a resolution. DO NOT use their services. Read other client reviews who claim he GHOSTS them completely. By the way, even his secretary told us she quit because she does not agree with his business ethics. If Chris' own employees calls him out on his shadiness, then you know you're taking a big risk with his company. He damaged our baby gate, closet ceiling drywall, clothes with paint splatter, and his bunk AC unit damaged our home painting. Please see photos. Please do NOT use their services or you could end up with a big headache. We are currently in the process of taking legal action.

I got a text that he would be there at 12:30. A technician that shows up early? How rare. He took care of business in a friendly and professional manner. I have no complaints. Lastly. Was it cheap?
